This company is nothing more than script readers who describe themselves as your personal consultants. Far from it. The person changed 4 or 5 times in 3 months with each new consultant seemingly knowing nothing you had shared with the last. I sent a combined 21 texts and emails to my most recent personal consultants with the only reply after reaching out to their manager. Just got worse from there. The manager seemed relieved when I asked about cancellation. 3 months of me playing hide and seek with this place with absolutely nothing to show for it. Now, I m waiting to hear from someone on cancellation with nearly zero hope. Poorly, poorly ran business at each and every turn.

I know when I first received money service from an ad online it was like up in the top three ratings so I spent $250 and I haven't heard nothing else from him except bills when the next payment due I haven't got any information about my case nothing about my w-2s so I don't know what's going on all this keeps sending me is when your next payments due I was wondering do y'all do refunds ... I guess they took it in their own hands as they take the money out their self of my account so I had to cancel my credit card so now I end up spending 350 with no information I'm paying for something I know nothing about and when I tried to consult them they hung up if I had to know when I was getting into I would have never went I ain't got nothing in return I'm out of 350 bucks and they hung up three times sorry

MoneySolver has been a nightmare, cost me $2,700 to get $813 discount on IRS debt. Horrible service,
constantly having to call and email to get updates, took over 6 months, and I paid more than I owed.

It is now 2021 April. We started this process in 2020 April. Still no payment plan. Still no plan at all. I have spoken with a woman who's name I can't remember, Linda Smith (who said she would call weeks ago and no longer takes my phone calls or answers my emails), Jackie (who said she was going to call me by last Thursday -lie, and Bobbie x 2 today who tells me they have done everything they were contracted to do even though nothing has been done at all on my account with the IRS. Avoid these people. They only want your money, in our case 6000 dollars.

This company is an absolute scam, after receiving my personal banking information they cease communication and try to use another merchant name to withdraw $400 around four in the morning from my account. It wasn t until I called my fraud protection department with my bank to find out it was them!

Highly disappointed and have reported them to the FTC. Beware

I was in a world of S#@t with the IRS and Money Solver came in took over dealing with the IRS arranged an installment agreement. Thanks to Money Solver I got to keep my house and my life went back to normal.

Been 2 years and I have no idea what they have done sofar or what I should do. I just want my money back! It cost almost 7k for this professional help that doesn't really help
