Motivated Security is a alright place to work Rudy Paras is AWESOME been with the company for 10yrs. They just need to recognize & give raises regularly especially to employees over 5yrs or more. An, also during this COVID19 crisis they should have given there employees a little extra for working. JUST MY OPINION!!!

I have been working at Motivated security services since 2005. I just enjoyed working for them because the senior operations manager MR. Baker treats everyone with respect. Motivated security does take care of their employees and the benefits are great, the pay is real good and advancement is promising.

Working with Motivated has been a rewarding experience. This company has high standards for their officers and employees and rightfully should as they have people s lives and safety in their hands. Ownership is compassionate and fair and treats their employees with empathy and care. They even let employees pick their own payday if they need their paycheck early, I don t know of any guard company that offers such robust benefits like that.
