We had a mirror cut to size and bevelled which was all done great however we were sold adhesive to attach it to the bathroom wall which lasted about 30 min. The mirror came down damaged the wall which had just been done as a full bathroom refit one week earlier thankfully it missed the shower tray....
I requested a bespoke etched glass for an inner door. They did a fantastic job and their after sales service was as good. Would definitely recommend and use again.
I've not had them in for work but just a comment on their workers. They parked their van across my drive, when I asked them politely to move, I was met with abuse. Inconsiderate. Ignorant. Based on that alone, I can only imagine what their customer service is like.

They can do everything glass work like bevelled glass + sandblast and all glass work. They're cheaper in town, BUT Because coronavirus they're so busy take months to finish the job.

I had a good experience ordering a large piece of toughtened glass, which was made precisely to drawing, when promised and for a reasonable price. I think Gateshead Glass is primarily aimed at commercial clients but as a retail customer my experience was just fine.
