Probably the best racing around at the moment. I hope they keep the quality, the Milkman + Maxisport combination works really, really, well.

I received the message that they had passed but I had not left the intercom number so they could not make the delivery ... but thank goodness because they passed at 22.23 and they also wanted to intercom at that time ???? And then other times I received messages that they had delivered with my signature !!! But I had not collected the packages personally .. and then there is no number to contact them .. zero seriousness!

I receive parcels through this courier for several months. Always on time. In the morning they indicate the scheduled time of delivery. They warn a few minutes before their arrival, I can follow the delivery on the smartphone.so who is the courier that delivers. They happened to not be home, they immediately contacted me. I ordered flowers through Colvin for my birthday friend Courier Milkman.
I added an extra to make them arrive in the morning (10.00-11.00) and so give her a nice surprise.

I called customer service (Antonella, kind voice) who tells me that the order has been delivered but not directly perhaps, but at the concierge.

I have used the service offered by Milkman since their opening and have always been satisfied with the respect of scheduled delivery times and the very high level of communication both with customer support and with couriers.

Unreliable courier: compared to a smart image the worst imaginable, with loss of time and energy with the call centers involved for a simple delivery (which in the end was not carried out). Bad experience.

Parcel delivered two days later.

Use a map that blocks me every time the Nespresso shipment. I reported the problem but they didn't care. To receive coffee, I have to change my address from via Abruzzi in Peschiera Borromeo to via Abruzzi in Milano San Felice.

3 orders placed by Amazon and one by Nespresso.
I don't understand how they can get positive reviews.
Attempted delivery mail when I was at home ..... parcels returned to the sender ..... parcels left in transit areas in the courtyard of 3 condominiums of 24 units each.
Professionalism is the exact opposite.
From today I will leave a negative review every time the delivery goes wrong.

Worst delivery experience ever with the courier cursing me in the face.
I live in a context of 5 buildings with 2 stairs each, usually all couriers wait at the gate so as not to get lost and we condominiums arrive at the gate to take the package.
When your courier called me on the intercom I clearly told him that I would arrive at the gate, he instead entered and got lost rightly among all the entrances there are, when I later found him he was literally cursing me.
The many deliveries are fine, I understand the speed to be dedicated to each one to stay on schedule, but it seemed decidedly inappropriate. I have been living here for 3 years and I do a lot of online shopping, but this is the first time this has happened to me and I hope the last.
