I have used the service offered by Milkman since their opening and have always been satisfied with the respect of scheduled delivery times and the very high level of communication both with customer support and with couriers.
Unreliable courier: compared to a smart image the worst imaginable, with loss of time and energy with the call centers involved for a simple delivery (which in the end was not carried out). Bad experience.
Parcel delivered two days later.

Use a map that blocks me every time the Nespresso shipment. I reported the problem but they didn't care. To receive coffee, I have to change my address from via Abruzzi in Peschiera Borromeo to via Abruzzi in Milano San Felice.

Worst delivery experience ever with the courier cursing me in the face.
I live in a context of 5 buildings with 2 stairs each, usually all couriers wait at the gate so as not to get lost and we condominiums arrive at the gate to take the package.
When your courier called me on the intercom I clearly told him that I would arrive at the gate, he instead entered and got lost rightly among all the entrances there are, when I later found him he was literally cursing me.
The many deliveries are fine, I understand the speed to be dedicated to each one to stay on schedule, but it seemed decidedly inappropriate. I have been living here for 3 years and I do a lot of online shopping, but this is the first time this has happened to me and I hope the last.
