I ordered flowers through Colvin for my birthday f...

I ordered flowers through Colvin for my birthday friend Courier Milkman.
I added an extra to make them arrive in the morning (10.00-11.00) and so give her a nice surprise.
Shipping 4B59A1230.
It was delivered from the site, but my girlfriend didn't receive anything for that time.
I called customer service (Antonella, kind voice) who tells me that the order has been delivered but not directly perhaps, but at the concierge.
I would have preferred that they intercom (this small detail was enough).
To my question: sorry but the courier could at least intercom?
Answer: definitely! (How do you know?) For sure he called the intercom (this does not correspond to reality), but not finding anyone he left the order at the reception.
Now the concierge reopens after 15.00.
Flowers will be received late, as well as my wishes, which must have been at the first awakening of the homage.
Question to Milkman customer service: Excuse me If you are birthday, wouldn't you have preferred to receive flowers and good wishes in the morning?
Answer: I don't love flowers !!
