They spend all their time here trying to take money from you and your insurance. The optometrist Mr. Carr, looked so nervous and sweaty with shaky hands. He was short and terse with me. He should quit his job if he cares this little. I would never go back to them. So many other average and better options then this place.

I highly recommend Midwest Eye Professionals. The staff is friendly and helpful. Scheduling is quick and easy and with plenty of updates and reminders. Dr. Beaupre was excellent too. He is very knowledgeable and explains every step of the process so patients feel comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me personally after a missed appointment to follow up. Now that is a doctor that cares!

I had cataract surgery done a year ago in April. I paid extra for the Toric implants. I was supposed to have astigmatism, presbyopia, distance and middle vision corrected. Would only need glasses for close up work. Although my distance and middle vision was better, I still need to wear transitional lenses for distance, middle and near, and my astigmatism is worse, not better. The presbyopia is not any better either. I was told that these lenses do not work for everyone. I can't say enough for Dr. Beaupre as he has worked with me for over a year. I have dry eyes and had the lipiflow treatment done. Also use eye drops 3-4 times a day. I use the heated eye treatment at night as well. I am disappointed that I still need 3 corrections in my eye glasses and still can't see my desk and computer work without putting on another pair of magnifying glasses. I wish I knew what went wrong! I am out $7,000.00 plus still wearing trifocals!

I got my Lasik/PRK done through Midwest Eye Professionals, and I was very impressed with the services they provided. Not only are the staff very personable and professional, but the process was easy and quick. They take you through step by step, explaining what you should expect and any points of interest you should be aware of. They were very patient. I had a lot of concerns and questions, and never once did I feel like my doctors or staff try to rush me out the door or blow off my concerns. I would highly recommend this practice~

After months of issues with uncomfortable eyes, I had the Lipiflow treatment done and my eyes have never felt better. That in conjunction with the Bruder mask and Restasis have truly made me feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Carr.

Terrible experience .....Surgery preformed by Dr Scarpulla was very bad. I NEVER had a meeting/or exam/ or ever spoke with her. NOT qualified...just do as many patients in ONE morning as she can before noontime and make money. I still have VERY bad vision....botched surgery......GO elsewhere if you need professional help and very good results....with a fair cost for services.....This place is nothing but a high priced ripoff.....

The day of my initial visit I was told that my follow-up visit will be free of charge (I was paying out of my pocket). Oh-yea, $140 bill slap me in the face, and for my question about mentioned "free follow-up", I only hear from behind the wall "I'm sorry, my bad". In addition, there was a piece of metal stuck in my other eye contact lens, which they clearly see the day of my first visit ("yes, it was there the other day too"), but I was not told about until the day of the follow-up, that it will be very wise to dispose that lens immediately.

I would highly recommend this business! I have always wanted LASIK but afraid to mess with my eyes. The doctors, techs, and staff were kind, helpful and professional. They did extensive, in-depth testing, educated me on choices and pricing and I felt well-prepared for surgery 4 weeks later.

I was referred to Midwest Eye Professionals for cataract removal by my eye doctor when he could no longer improve my vision with lenses. From the friendly receptionist at the front desk to my meeting with Dr. Breaupre my experience was wonderful. I was scared to have laser surgery as anyone would be but Dr. Breaupre made me feel at ease. He was patient , kind and answered all my questions without ever rushing me or making me feel I was taking to much of his time. I had the procedure done by Dr. Scarpulla. She is a wonderful compassionate surgeon. She even call me the night I had the surgery to see how I was and if i had any problems. I never felt a pain before , during, or after the surgery. All my pre and post surgery appointments were with Dr. Breaupre. I would highly recommend him to all my friends. I just can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional he is. And the results are that I am thrilled with my vision. I no longer wear glasses. I can see colors now that I didn't realise I wasn't seeing. My neighbor that I thought had a black buick actually drives a blue buick. A dress that I thought was green I now can see is actually turquoise. I am really so grateful to these two doctors for the way they improved the quality of my life. Life without glasses is so comfortable! If you are looking for friendly, professional experts to take care of your eyes, which are precious, this is the place to come.

Dr Beaupre, Dr Carr and his team are thorough and very knowledgeable.
From the first visit, to all follow up appointments, everything about my condition was explained well and all my questions were answered.
