My husband and I always have a great experience at the Arbor Eye Center! Chris, the optometrist assistant was awesome. The doctors and staff are all wonderful. I appreciate their services and friendly attitudes even more now that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Their cleanliness and safety protocols are also very good

Beautiful center, with all the latest tests and an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. From the Techs, to the Dr.s, all the way to support staff- everyone answered all my questions and beyond. Best experience getting an exam and new glasses ever. Highly recommend!
Staff is always personable and on time. Dr. Crothers is thorough and friendly. My whole family goes to her and we have been her clients for years. Highly recommend her and her staff.
The va sent me here for an eye exam. They were all very kind and knowledable. Dr Crothers was the Dr that did my exam, I couldn't have wished for more polite and professional Dr. Nice experience.
I highly recommend the Arbor Eye Center, this was the best eye exam I've ever had. I did a lot of research before scheduling my appointment here and was blown away by their straight across 5 star reviews Google, honestly I found it slightly suspicious that they didn't have a single review below 5 stars, but rest assured that they have been everything that everyone said that they were going to be and have earned each and every 5 star review. Highly recommend.
One of the best experiences I've had getting an eye exam. Needed to get my eyes checked and order new contacts and literally everyone here made that so fast and easy. Prices were good and transparent! Really great people here and will make you feel welcome and important. I will be coming here from now on
I visited Arbor Eye Center for a routine eye exam recently and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any health provider's office. From the check-in process with Indigo, the visit with Dr. Novak, and the check-out process with Allison, everyone exhibited a genuinely welcoming and professional approach. I went in prepared to ask lots of questions and Dr. Novak's warm demeanor and expertise made me feel at ease from the start. I highly recommend Arbor Eye Center.
Awesome service, very well organized specifically during COVID situation. Everyone is very efficient in works, love to visit it again next year for regular eye checkup.
