Perhaps the most comprehensive place to get and stay fit in the whole city!! Everything is there: SUPER indoor track, ping pong room, oodles of exersize equipment and free weights, full-sized pool.... lots more. Staff is first-class... couldn't ask for more actually!!

Pretty good place working out. If you're a student of dal or kings, take advantage of this awesome place. Would be cool if they could include cross fit equipments.

I had a student membership, during my initial days I did not actually notice the value of this place and had no idea what it has got inside and just kept ignoring to go there and look at what they got to offer, gradually my friends started going and I too wanted to check out the place and then realized how amazing it was and it has got very big swimming pool and a fantastic gym which was recently upgraded and also a huge badminton court and they also provide rackets, gigantic basketball courts and located in a very calm and decent environment. I would say if you are a student please do not ignore rather go and get some physical exercise and stay healthy. unfortunately do not have any pictures.

Great investment. Gigantic and clean facilities with good lighting. Definitely the best gym I have visited.

Great place to work-out. But due to the recent situation, they are taking up to 44 people in the fitness studio and I never got an appointment as they are filled as they are made available.

The fastest pool in the Atlantic provinces! Nestled under the entire field house it goes from long course to short course each day. Like a sick joke. Once it hosted CIS Championships, but the after party was too legendary, so the swim meet moved on to more boring cities like Victoria and Toronto. Home to the fiercest lady Tiger Rachel Shin a 400 IM legend.

Great place to go for a swim!! The staff sre friendly and very safe regarding the COVID19 rules. Definitely recommend!
