Great company to work for! If you work hard, they treat you well. I like their schedules and getting three day weekends.

Great training program and a lot of room for advancement.
Management cares about their employees and goes the extra mile to make sure the workplace is a safe and flexible environment. Birthdays and milestones are celebrated. Stable and fast growing company that offers employee growth opportunities and the ability to learn new skill sets.
Would never ever recommend this garbage company to anyone! DO NOT WORK OR APPLY HERE! Come in every day and do your job and no one get fired! What a joke! The president of this company gets off on fireing people, it's his favorite pass time. Never work here everyone that runs the place is garbage! Great co-workers, worst management ever! QUICK to STAB YOU IN THE BACK! WORST EMPLOYMENT EVER!!!
It is a great place to work, TONS of room for career advancement and growth, fast paced environment but still able to be independent. Overall a good manufacturing company.
If there were 0 stars I would rate them with a big fat 0.
Been with this company for 5 years now, and it's one of the better jobs I've had. You get out what you put in. If you don't want to work, or dedicate your time to an employer, maybe this isn't the place for you. Funny thing is, as I read through these reviews, that there's only 1 name that I recognize. That should tell you quite a bit about the bad reviews.
Competitive pay rates for skilled workers. Good place to be!
We had a candidate that refused to go to a client of ours the other day because of a bad review written by a disgruntled past employee. This company has spent years dealing with bad reviews from an upset employee. After working with Mid-Continent as a client, I know they do a great job to retain their employees with benefit packages and incentive programs. I am sure every one of us has had a job that we did not care for, or a supervisor we did not get along with. That is a sign you need to be somewhere else, not hold a grudge against that company or person and try to do long term damage by posting hateful -most times untrue - statements that you will regret in the future. Don t let your anger get the best of you, and most certainly do not burn bridges. Find the job that makes you smile and you are proud to call your employer.
And please most of all! Find out for yourself. Read the reviews, ask questions, but still go on the interview and make your own decisions.
Poor training and bad management, disorganized and no leadership. Was hired to help make a change or to better the company from within but got a lot of heat for giving out ideas. The management aren't good with communication or getting you the tools you need to be successful. Was only there for 3 weeks and didn't get train properly. They're always look for leads and won't promote from within. The leads don't last long and so does the Supervisors.
In my opinion your whole HR department should be fired as well as the president! Not the hard working employees in the shop, well besides the one guy that made more scrap in a 3 weeks then I did in 10 years of my career.
Good pay but for how the company is I wouldn't recommend it. Worked hard and worked your butt off but they only see you as a number and let you go whenever they want. There are way more better company out there.
garbage place, garbage management, garbage work, garbage wages
Everything was extremely average. Customer service was average and the products are average.
Company is willing to offer competitive pay rates for qualified employees. They understand the market and truly value skilled workers.
This place is DISGUSTING. I don't know how management can sleep at night knowing what they do to their workers and their families. Doesn't matter how hard you work, you will be fired. Never seen a place treat their workers so cruelly, but I guess that's what happens when you work for a disgusting man. And I did work at this place and so did everyone on these reviews, I'm just not going to be harassed by the company if I put my real name. Just another disgrace of the company, trying to cover their tracks.
