We had a candidate that refused to go to a client ...

We had a candidate that refused to go to a client of ours the other day because of a bad review written by a disgruntled past employee. This company has spent years dealing with bad reviews from an upset employee. After working with Mid-Continent as a client, I know they do a great job to retain their employees with benefit packages and incentive programs. I am sure every one of us has had a job that we did not care for, or a supervisor we did not get along with. That is a sign you need to be somewhere else, not hold a grudge against that company or person and try to do long term damage by posting hateful -most times untrue - statements that you will regret in the future. Don t let your anger get the best of you, and most certainly do not burn bridges. Find the job that makes you smile and you are proud to call your employer.
And please most of all! Find out for yourself. Read the reviews, ask questions, but still go on the interview and make your own decisions.
