I have been working here with Pride Staff and the crew I work with are great guys. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and have helped me to learn a lot about operating CNC machines. It is hard work but I enjoy working here and learning more to be a better operator. The people I work with are the best.

Extremely racist culture, Family owned business that has no restraints to how they treat people, will let you know your only temporary an can be replaced. A small family owned business in a small town working with the temp services hand & hand to keep such a toxic culture alive. The turn-over rate here is ridiculous an embarrassing for any company to own up to. The hired on employees also had to find there own insurance this year also which The company handled poorly by only telling the employees 3 months before insurance ended smh. Typical discombobulated day-week-month in MDC

We love working with this 3 generations owned company. Very passionate about their business and easy to work with. I always look forward to a meeting with the gang at MDC!!

Very racist atmosphere if you are a person of color you will probably be in the the back washing parts,the woman who owns this place is very rude and will not hire minority drivers also she will refer you to a temporary service rather than pay you like the white drivers and these racist people will make you watch Fox News at lunch with other racist employees so if your not an uncle tom this pkace is not for you.
