Extremely racist culture, Family owned business that has no restraints to how they treat people, will let you know your only temporary an can be replaced. A small family owned business in a small town working with the temp services hand & hand to keep such a toxic culture alive. The turn-over rate here is ridiculous an embarrassing for any company to own up to. The hired on employees also had to find there own insurance this year also which The company handled poorly by only telling the employees 3 months before insurance ended smh. Typical discombobulated day-week-month in MDC
