My new car needed a routine care. I loved the way they came right to us and had the car sent to have tires rotated then oil change and etc. Also it was really fast to get done. We had our dog and went for a walk, then came back for about 15 minutes when they called us it was ready. Thanks so much to the service department.

Zero stars if I could. Approached bearded salesman in a bit of a rush as it was raining and the guy literally grunted a "I'm busy" in the most hostile way possible. Wow. Lost all interest in the vehicles I was interested in. Don't bother with the fake excuses. Looking elsewhere.

I took my car here for a recall. I get a call saying I need a new serpentine belt that I shouldn't even drive away, it's unsafe. Because it was my first time hearing of this part I asked again what the belt was as my Boyfriend was asking me what part they were telling me I need as he can do a lot of stuff himself. Well the man on the phone told me and I directly quote "NO BELT NO GO". I have been aware of how sexist the mechanics industry is but damn, I couldn't say another word to this man so I handed my boyfriend my phone. I was also quoted like $380 to change my belt, had it done at a different place for $60. I'm sure this place has great service when you buy your car there but they were very rude about the free recall service. When I went to pick up the car the man didn't talk or look at me he only interacted with the men I brought with me. Horrible service that makes me scared and anxious to go back in. I may drive to Redding if I need more recall work done. I have never been treated so rude in my life. I'll never buy another car here due to this experience

I don't have a problem with Mccrea Nissan at all but I have a realty big problem with Nissan. I purchased a used Leaf with a 10 year,100,000 mile warranty for the batteries a few years ago. The mileage of the vehicle was quite high but with the warranty this did not bother me. We were told that Nissan changed their warranty policy reducing it to 60000 miles. Is this even legal? Our vehicle is over 60000 miles and the batteries need replacing. Nissan won't replace them under warranty. I know that the CEO of Nissan was under criminal investigation for insider trading and other activities and is no longer with the company. WE LOVE this vehicle but now it has a range of about 37 miles. We would like new batteries and unless they are replaced we will NEVER buy a Nissan again. How do we know to trust them? I would love to have the new CEO of Nissan to read this response. In my book, customer satisfaction is number one.

I am a little bit disappointed, recently bought a car from them and their customer service was great Charlie the sales man was a very nice and polite guy, but after I got the car within a week, started having issues with some cosmetic things that they were probable fixed to make the car look in great shape, I called them and made the appointment to get it fixed nobody told me that I had to talk to Matt I guess he s the manager of the dealer, they send me home the day of the appointment saying that Matt will call me back within an hour and never called, later I called them he was no where to be found and they promise he will called me back and nothing, I called the next day and he was off and they transfer me to his voice mail, I left a voicemail and nothing for two day, i called on Monday and He was not very nice and say that there was not much he can do about my car since it was a used car 5 years old (my car is a 2015) and cars go bad with the time, and he will try to fix one thing out of 3 things wrong with my car, am paying so much money and I know that getting a loan is extra money but still, $23,000 was the price for the car before taxes and all that extra money, and they won t fix it for me, I will never do business with them again, I hope nobody else has the bad experience to deal with them like that

Mccrea Nissan is a local dealership that takes pride in what they do. They are willing to work with the customers. The service writers are a couple amazing guys that will work with you. The techs there are highly trained. Know that your Nissan or Subaru is well taken care of at this dealership.

Went there looking for camper shell for my truck. They stock Lear. Not their fault, but lear is the most expensive camper top. The salesperson was very informational. Probably should have offered me the best deal upfront. After getting three other quotes from other truck shell companies, I call back to talk to him more in detail about why his was so expensive. He offered me $100 off of his original quote. I tried not to laugh and I force myself not to hang up on him. I just thought it was kind of bogus. It felt more like he was trying to sell me a car rather than a truck shell. Lear did offer one or two accessories that I had my eye on still not worth the money. I guess if you're trying to show people that you have money yeah buy Lear. I don't hold it against this dealership for having to go by the rules that Lear sets out for them. I just had the feeling this guy wasn't being completely honest with me or upfront or cared whether or not he made a sale.

Always a pleasure to do business with McCrea Nissan. My daughters car had some recall work needing to be done and they got us an appointment in a timely manner and had it done very quick so she was not without a car very long. All employees are very kind and easy to deal with.

This is the best lot I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. They do everything in their power to get you what you want or better. If I could exceed five stars I would. I'm very grateful to everyone who works here and especially to my salesman JP he is totally wonderful and listened\cared about all of my needs. I somehow left the lot with a 2019 Nissan kick. Love these guys I'll be back in the future.

The service "MASTERS" at McCrea Nissan are simply the best and most professional auto repair service department I have ever experienced. Seriously, Nissan ...and Subaru should send somebody down to this shop and learn how it should be done and then train every other service department after them.

My first "Covid" visit. They honored a coupon I had planned to use just as the Shelter In Place order came out. The coupon had expired and I was very thankful that they honored it. The staff took special measures to provide safety due to the virus and still made me feel as comfortable as I have always felt at Nissan in the past.

I am a returning Nissan customer, I knew I wanted another Nissan because of the top safety features that has been proven to me by the previous accident I was involved in my Sentra. Grey Higginson was my Sales person, he was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, kind and very good at his job. He answered all of my questions confidently and with no doubt, I knew I was making the right decision coming back to Nissan because of the top notch cars and employees.
After 4 hours I finally decided on the Altima, Grey made that decision very easy for me as he helped with my check list, easy car buying experience thanks to Grey and Nissan, thank you!

I had an amazing experience with all of the employees. Miguel Martinez has a wonderful outgoing attitude and I would recommend his services to anyone buying a car from Mccrea! Just a well as Drew Duncan and David Jones. They both were very sweet and very helpful with getting me the best deal on my car.

Making a large purchase like a car is nerve wracking and stressful. Ken Gordon, Matt Jones and Mr. Niskey all made my experience amazing. I felt listened to, understood and taken care of. Their collective professionalism was topped only by their ability to be personable...real. I would 100% recommend anyone I care about to go see Ken or Matt at McCrea Nissan, especially a nervous buyer like myself. Thank you for having such a great group of people.
Most Sincerely, Katrina Drefke

I came in to get my 2019 Nissan Sentra refinanced. The process took a bit longer, because there was something wrong with the system. I was impressed that five employees took a crack at it to get my paperwork processed! It didn't work, but they gave me a loan car so I could return later. Everyone was nice and helpful, and there was a lot of teamwork involved. It was nice to witness. Simon, the man who helped me refinance my car, was pretty great. He embodied going "above and beyond" to treat me as a valued customer. McCrea Nissan has some great employees, and I want to be very clear about that! I appreciate the whole staff.

Nissan Motor in Eureka, California is a joke. The disrespect I've encountered from that place is enough to never want to buy a vehicle from them ever again.
I put 9 grand down when I first got a vehicle that was $23,000 from them.
I also bought a extended 3 year warranty on the car. Anytime I asked for anything to be worked on they made it a hassle.
One of there workers tried to tell me that he nor anyone else in the body shop has to work on my car or give it an oil change because I wasn't pleased with the service on a last visit And had left a bad review. To me that's very unprofessional. I'm the buyer you're supposed to make things right and fix my car. He told me to take down my old review or they wouldn't work on my car. What kinda B.S is that?
I'll drive to the city next time I purchase another vehicle.

BEWARE CUSTOMERS , if you buy a used 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited beige in color from this dealership of the following: 1)preowned by a criminal that is wanted in Denton Texas 2)the car was stolen & driven to California by a female accomplice 3) the title to this car is a fraud & was illegally obtained by a signature forgery of the additional owner of this car. 4)There is an ongoing investigation regarding this car & if you buy this car you will unknowingly become a part of this investigation. The criminal & his female accomplice live in Crescent City, California & drove 100 miles to this dealership to unload this vehicle trying to avoid prosecution. We have alerted this dealership of the above but obviously since they sold this criminal & his accomplice another vehicle & made a sale that was what was important to them.
