I have dealt with Matthews and Associates Law Firm for several years. Without saying too much about it, it involved a lot of people besides me. I knew they had to get everyone s files ready to go to court so I knew it would not be a quick process. The way I look at it, if they had not advertised about this lawsuit process I would have not received ANYTHING at all because I did not have a clue that a Settlement could possibly help me out financially. So I am so BLESSED to find out about the lawsuit. Every time I called I always got someone nice on the other end and they were always helpful and I didn t feel belittled or rushed. They kept me informed every step of the way with emails and snail mail. I am so thankful for my settlement because without them I would not have even known I had a chance at a settlement. People just want to be heard and when it s so evident that the person your speaking with doesn t have a clue about basic stuff, it s disheartening knowing that they are actually handling your case. These people are crook's with poor communication skills!! then they get mad when you call to ask about an update about your case. My Case has been settled for over 6 months still no payment.i will be contacting BBB

This firm will not contact you back,they withheld funds in the amount of $1600.00, from my settlement. I have yet to speak from the attorney working on my case. Please do not deal with this law firm, I had to contact the Texas Disciplinary Board on them, which I did receive a call back, but they are still holding these funds. This firm is not professional at all. I would not give them the one star,but it was the only way I could give a review.
