Shout out to Lauren and my advisor Anthony who really took time to listen to my concerns and provided me with great service and utmost respect. That s a rarity nowadays snd it s just simple CustomerService 101. People just want to be heard and when it s so evident that the person your speaking with doesn t have a clue about basic stuff, it s disheartening knowing that they are actually handling your case. Anthony took the time to get me information he didn t have,and made sure I received it in a timely manner.
