I don t even know where to start with how pleased I am after finding this dentist. I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist based on not so great previous Dental experiences. However from the minute I requested an appointment to the minute I left from my first dental appointment, I felt like I was part of the family at masterpiece smiles. Everyone seems so inviting and I have to say that Kathy made me feel very secure in preparation of the care that I received from Dr. Martinez. It s because of her, Dr Martinez, the lovely receptionist and Betty that I feel that I have found my Dental home. I definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for dental care. I can now say that I am excited to go back to the dentist.Thank you ladies for exceeding my expectations.

I chipped a front tooth Friday night. I called Saturday morning at 8am. They had me in by 10:15am and out looking good as new in an hour. Everyone I saw met me with a smile and put me at ease. Plus, the dentist was incredibly gentle and considerate of my finances.

I ve been a patient here for more than 30 years! Dr. Robert Baumann is so much fun. He treats you like a family member. All of the office staff are warm and friendly. They now have the Cavity Laser! No more shots, drills or drooling when you have a cavity! Their cutting-edge technology takes away the pain and anxiety. If you are looking for a dentist, Masterpiece Smiles is the place for you!

Went to see the dentist about tooth pain, he said nothing was wrong. It was still killing me had to go see another dentist to get my tooth actually fixed. Before I left they offered me a teeth cleaning which wasn t my idea said they had an open appointment and then I waited 45 mins past my appointment time and just had to leave. Never going back. I actually wish I had never even went to waste my time

Masterpiece Smiles makes me not dread going to get dental work anymore! I had not been for a dental visit for a good 8 years or so due to insurance changes & my old dentist closing --- very bad decision on my part, but going to the dentist had always been a painful thing for me since childhood & caused so much anxiety. I knew it was time to make an appointment & decided to call Masterpiece Smiles. Don't wait as long as I did to go because 8 years later & there's a lot of work I'm in the process of getting done! But everyone I've interacted with during this process has been incredibly helpful, kind, professional & knowledgeable. They make me feel comfortable & like I'm in good hands. Add to that, it's very clear that the patient's comfort is very important to them. I didn't realize how far the kindness of the people working on you goes to make you feel more at ease, but it really does help tremendously. Especially want to mention how amazing Robbie & Dr. Martinez is! But I appreciate everyone at Masterpiece Smiles, they are all amazing!

I have been a patient of Dr Lanman for many many years. My opinions of them have always been great efficiency, quality, professionalism , preciseness, cleanliness, attention to detail, friendliness and just feel happiness there. Yes even at a dentist office! Also, Robbie the dental hygienist, I guess her title is, does exceptional work and her teeth cleanings are the best that I've ever had. I Appreciate them so much!!

They got me in quick I was having extreme pain. Dr Martinez was great! The dental assistant I believe her name is either Felicia or Alicia deserves a raise. She is the only reason I didnt panic. She constantly checked on me and put chapstick on my lips. She just cares and is very comforting!! She is great and if I ever have to get dental work again I only want her! The only issue I had was the women that numbed my teeth struck a nerve in my face and I couldn't see for about 20 minutes. That was very scary! I heard a pop and the left side of my face felt like it was on fire. Then I had double vision for about 20 minutes. She wanted to give me more laughing gas but I just wanted my vision back before we did anything else. Kinda felt like she was blaming me for her hitting my nerve. My eyes are still hurting.

I've been a patient for a few years now and I love this place! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they make sure you're comfortable. In May I had to have a filling fixed, and I hate the drill! But Dr. Lanman used the laser drill on me- no shots, no pain, and best of all no drill noise! I was in and out in about 20 minutes, if that!

I just had my first appointment at Masterpiece Smiles, with the sweet and caring dental hygienist, Kathy, and I met my new, sweet and caring dentist, Dr. Kristie Haller! They both were awesome and I made the perfect choice for my dental care!

Dr Robert Baumann has been my dentist for 25 years, he is awesome. The staff here are all friendly, supportive and accommodating.

Dr. Guttery is probably the most helpful and knowledgeable dentist I have met. He is definitely someone I would go to if you need any kind of dentistry work. And if your insurance is covered here, I wouldn't even consider anywhere else. I had insurance problems at first and he was super helpful and honest with all my options. I've had many dentist that add unnecessary things just to up the bill, and I can say that he is one person that is straight forward with what you need.

And after looking at his work as well as his level of care, he is easily a top dentist for both cosmetic/medical needs in OKC!

Top notch service every time. Dr. Haller has been seeing me the last few times and she is super kind and very knowledgeable. Robbie, of course, is always consistent with providing excellent care and has a heart of gold. Everybody here is amazing. I feel like part of the family when I am here. Thanks a lot for taking great care of me!

My husband had a procedure performed here. After Delta Dental insurance, they quoted a specific price, which he paid up front. Six months later, they attempted to charge hundreds of dollars more. They lied. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Emily is so so good at her job as the hygienist! She explains everything she's doing and why. She's very personable. Dr. Bryce is very good at his job as well, very thorough.

Dr. Robert Baumann has been my dentist for years. The work on my teeth has always been excellent. The staff is friendly. Everyone is professional, and the facility is always clean and comfortable. He is the only dentist that I know of that does IV sedation himself. The few others who say they do it, will hire someone to come in. There are TV's in every room. The dental chairs face the wall instead of the door, so you can't see everyone walking by, and they don't see you. You can find cheaper dentist's, You can find more expensive dentist's. You won't find any better dentist's

I recommend them for the all family. We are being seen by Dr Darrell Guttery and he is awesome. He takes in consideration you and collaborates with you in order to get your needs taken care off. This a great office, they will help you in anything that is needed.

My husband and I have been going here for a few years. We love it here. So welcoming and friendly always. We especially love our dental hygienist Emily. She is the best and so gentle. You won't regret going here.

We have 4 kiddos under 7 and three of them have had work done. We couldn t be more pleased with dr Bryce and really the whole place! All the way to the front desk we are known and my kids love this place!

I have been going here for approx. 20 yrs. The staff are top notch and help calm my dental anxiety. My hygienist, Kim & Dr. Baumann (senior) are utmost professionals. I also have to brag on one of their front office staff, Danielle, for helping me understand my insurance and benefits. I have a lot of dental anxiety but this place looks after me well.

My kids really love Emily she is very friendly and awesome we look forward seeing her every 6 months!!!

Been a happy patient for over twenty years as well as referred others to them. Had the pleasure of care from most of the staff including dentist, Dr. Rob Baumann and hygienists, Valisha and Kim. This year, I've had more dental needs than normal and Dr. Ashley Harland Lanman and her team (Tobi, Penny and Tim) treated me with top notch care! They explained my options, the procedure, what to expect with healing and answered my many questions with ease. They are all so calming and reassuring plus they went out of their way to address any concerns I had through it all. I am extra sensitive to pain and I have found my experience with them to be as close to pain-free as possible. Beyond that, Betty at the front desk is the SMILE of the place and Kelli is the ROCK with her years of experience and care in discussing treatment plan and financials. The patient clearly comes first. In my opinion, they define what teamwork means in a practice. -Heather Davis

Had an appt with Dr. G to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Absoluty wonderful experience. I dont usually enjoy trips to the dentist but this was great. Dr G and his staff made me feel very comfortable and the Price for services was very affordable. I think I found my new dentist!
