This is definitely my top eyewear place. The service is s top notch, they thrive for 100% customer satisfaction and give you 90 days to test your new glasses. The selection of designer frames is superb and I always find myself buying there one more pair of sunglasses, can t resist the temptation

Very helpful and knowledgeable folks at Lux... importantly they take COVID precautions very seriously !! The lady helped both of us simultaneously and it was a breeze choosing a frame. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Expensive, snobbish and incompetent.
Great selection of expensive frames.
The staff is very good at making you feel that they're experts on optometry and you aren't.
However, when problems arise, they're not too great at figuring it out.
Had my prescription re-done there twice and the glasses still made me feel dizzy.
One visit to another optometrist in Palo Alto and problem was identified.
I love my Oakley frame though, I'm glad they had it in stock.
Avoid this place.

Worst customer service ever. I would select zero star if I could. Customer service is too bad and there is no one following up from two weeks back when I tried to place an order. I kept calling and following up myself six times in the two weeks and still nothing got processed. The staff keep saying they are super busy and apologize, but nothing happens since then. Don't recommend ANYONE to come and get glasses.

Has no ability to keep the time commitment to customers. I was promised that the lenses would be done within a week. When I drove 30 mins to pick up, i was informed that the lenses had not arrived, and was promised another date. When i drove there again one day after the promised date, I was told that there wasn't a technician to cut the lenses for a whole F**king week, and should wait still one more day. Horrible business

The best place for Kids glasses.( And adult glasses too ). Lisa was the most amazing and wonderful person we have ever met . She was an expert in finding the right glasses for my daughter who is now 4 years . She not only found glasses with the best fit and the perfect lenses and great look, but was super nice and caring with her . She also changed our whole attitude to wearing glasses as we were disappointed that our little one had to get glasses at such a small age , and told us how it was the best thing for her vision and how it would change her life .
They have an amazing selection of frames for both kids and adults ..a huge variety for the kids and adults and they know all about the glasses and frames. One of the best places with exceptional people like Lisa working for them . I have ordered 5 glasses including two adult ones, from them since and have always been happy with the service . For tiny kids this place is AMAZING and Lisa is super duper nice with kids . My daughter now goes there just to meet her as she is totally wonderful :) ..I will recommend them without a second's thought to anyone ..specially for little kids glasses ..Love them :) So exceptionally nice with kids !! Knowledgeable, professional staff - without an attitude

That's the thing, my experience was not good with them. Pricey glass, the general manager was not polite with me (awful lady), the glasses change price overnight and when you asked for some help simply they do not give you. They are just looking for your money, not for your satisfaction. One of the representative, Filipino-American one, was attentions and try to help me. But the manager was really unpleasant. I will not come back to there, and I will not recommend it to anyone I know. How it is!

Been going here for a while and being a teenager they always are stressing about my sight still changing and it's great to keep that in mind. Even though it's a little expensive I pay for some of the money as well for my frames and the service is great.

I just love this place. We went here for my 4 year old's glasses. They take our vision insurance and both pairs had free replacement lenses. Since she is only 4 it only took her a few months to scratch up both pairs. They replaced her lenses for free!
