Daniel and his team made everything for me easy. I'm not good with tech or computers. Took the time to explain everything to me was kind and patient. Everything went really fast no time to worry. Thankful for all the help Daniel and his team gave me.
The application process was quick and easy. I liked that they were able to do a direct link to my bank for income verification, albeit, they still do call the employer for verbal confirmation (which added a day to the overall funding process). Regardless, funding was approved within 3 business days. Not too bad IMO.
The woman I worked directly with was very friendly and informative and when I had issues and needed help she was quick to respond or she was already contacting me before I had time to contact her. I was funded quickly. Great experience with this company so far!!!

Nick & the team at Lending USA were fast, quick and very responsive. They answered all my questions, helped me receive a loan within 24 hours and set up a fair payment plan that automatically comes out of my account from a date I have chosen. In stressful times, even with a full time job and side hustle, it's nice knowing there are friends out there, willing to take a chance on you to provide some financial security. If I could do 100 negative stars I would! I was trying to help my father get a loan. Fast and easy process is a joke and a lie. I ve been trying to help him for a week get this loan and it has one thing after another of this won t work this won t work I submitted everything they needed. The straw that broke the camels back was they continuously said they needed his 1040. I sent them a transcript of the 1040 from the IRS website and they said that s not an actual document! ?????? Not an actual document???? It is from the IRS how more actual do you need. The original files that were filed are held by his attorney so they are not easily accessible but the transcript according to the IRS representative is a legal document proving that years tax return! Patrica was my loan coordinator and she was terrible and rude to boot and horrible at responded or keeping you informed I had to call constantly often left on hold or sent to a voicemail bank where nothing was ever returned. This company is a waste of your time as well as the interest rate they try to hit you with! Borrower beware. And I can bet you they leave a comment here that they strive for high expectations and customer service and leave a number telling you to dial 0 where you are constantly either left on hold or hung up on! So they fail on both a high standard and customer service! Again don t waste your time because they will lead you around like a pony on a rope!!!!! I also requested an email with confirmation of the loan being canceled and have yet to receive that and I m sure we won t!
I was very fortunate to work with a loan representative whom was very attentive to my personal needs in regards to communication. I was in a situation where I was not able to access a phone during most regular business hours and I was not always able to respond in a timely manner as one would expect when asking for help. Patricia was patient, professional and thorough, without her due diligence I don't believe I could have gotten through the process without a breakdown. Asking for a loan was kinda scary, I didn't really know what to expect, but LendingUSA simplified the process, now I feel like I can look ahead, I don't feel overwhelmed and "stuck" in my situation anymore. Thank you!
My Representative Mr. Fred was very Professional, Patient, and very helpful. He knew his job well and explained the process very well. Whenever I needed to ask a question he was very responsive each time. He gave good quality fast service. He was the fastest Professional person that I ever done business with, I never received a loan that fast ever. I highly recommend him to all family and friends.
