I was very fortunate to work with a loan representative whom was very attentive to my personal needs in regards to communication. I was in a situation where I was not able to access a phone during most regular business hours and I was not always able to respond in a timely manner as one would expect when asking for help. Patricia was patient, professional and thorough, without her due diligence I don't believe I could have gotten through the process without a breakdown.
