If I could do 100 negative stars I would! I was trying to help my father get a loan. Fast and easy process is a joke and a lie. I ve been trying to help him for a week get this loan and it has one thing after another of this won t work this won t work I submitted everything they needed. The straw that broke the camels back was they continuously said they needed his 1040. I sent them a transcript of the 1040 from the IRS website and they said that s not an actual document! ?????? Not an actual document???? It is from the IRS how more actual do you need. The original files that were filed are held by his attorney so they are not easily accessible but the transcript according to the IRS representative is a legal document proving that years tax return! Patrica was my loan coordinator and she was terrible and rude to boot and horrible at responded or keeping you informed I had to call constantly often left on hold or sent to a voicemail bank where nothing was ever returned. This company is a waste of your time as well as the interest rate they try to hit you with! Borrower beware. And I can bet you they leave a comment here that they strive for high expectations and customer service and leave a number telling you to dial 0 where you are constantly either left on hold or hung up on! So they fail on both a high standard and customer service! Again don t waste your time because they will lead you around like a pony on a rope!!!!! I also requested an email with confirmation of the loan being canceled and have yet to receive that and I m sure we won t!
