There is a special building (no. 4) dedicated to the passengers of Kuwait Airways, a new and wonderful airport, a varied free market, restaurants and cafeterias. In August 2019 there are 6 new aircraft will enter the service

service is not at all satisfactory..working staff not available..Their are so many staff but no use..They come to waste their time and time of customer coming to the office ..Responsibility towards customer 0%..May God help the customer.

The phone service is very poor, waiting for no answer on the phone.

I visited today (24-08-17) at 2 O'clock to change my online purchased ticket date. nobody at information desk, very bad service in ground floor office, Spend 1 hour and return back. giving my fare as a gift.

I thank the Oasis for the excellent reception, but in a simple note for the slow role, please improve in the upcoming visits

Staff is nice, however, queue counter is little slow. Prepare for an hour wait or so!

Very Bad service. Flight delayed for more than 10 hrs (KU381 on 2017/02/01). No service provided and no clue when the next flight is. Passengers are suffering.

Pure terrible! They just sent an email to delay the flight which is taking off in a few hours without any reason mentioned. They gave me a phone number to call but that doesn't open until two days from now! Hilarious

Worst airline and worst staff.. all of them don t want to work 1 hr before closing time. I wasted 3 hours. They don t even have option to cancel and change the date or destination online. You should come to office for these changes as other airlines do have options to change online.

Kuwait Airways is the best flight, and the cleaners are Macha Allah, they have what they want for you .. The passengers are naive, and I ask for every coffee, and they do not answer anyone, just as you need them to smile, they also need to smile ..

Airport can be hot sometimes! Waiting for your luggage is the worst! Parking is ok.. I guess you can find everything you need here.

I had booked ticket from Mumbai to New York USA under PNR QFRJC2. subsequently Kuwait Airways changed flight time for Mumbai to New York, which made trip redundant as flight was reaching New York after the function time for which USA visit was undertaken. due to this I cancelled flight and Kuwait Airways confirmed refund of INR 66,200 on May 16, 2017. However in-spite of repeated reminder over mail and Personal talk to Mr Ramesh, their Refund Coordinator at Kuwait over Phone, Kuwait Airways has not credited my Credit Card Account till 28 May 2017 ??? . Now no one is picking up phone at Kuwait !! This is really ridiculous and I may not be recommending any one to book with Kuwait Airways in future.

Distinguished government building, and the staff served it more than wonderful. They execute customer requests without hesitation. May God bless you

The worst office ever. Spent 2,5 hours there just to purchase tickets.

I mean, there is no problem waiting for an hour and a half .... But you made us mistake and the employees did not know the simplest rules, and every employee composes a new law and system, God willing, lines are written on the face of the earth.

The place is closed, I do not know any renovations, but I do not have a day of my time and I do not deserve a single star.

Nice office , easy to locate office , you have to park the car in the car park located in duwaliah complex behind this location .

Accurately checked the numbers of all workers, unfortunately, no one has even given the emergency number !! The site is down when I booked my money withdrawal ticket, but I didn't get the ticket! The service of the workers is supposed to be the most important for any company and Kuwait Airways.

Really bad service... I had to wait for 1.5hr to get my turn.. From 14 employees desks.. Only 3 have employees working!!!

Very slow service with sub-par attitudes. 2 hours of wait time just to change ticket dates. Also the fees on booking new tickets from their office are ridiculous.

For safety, I am failing a flight in the world even if the fleet of service pilots buy it very bad. I ask the responsible brothers to look into the matter.

It can be approached for booking or amending the booked itinerary.
Sunday to thursday. 7am to 4am
But should be visited before 3pm at last.

recommend that you make your transaction online unless you want a refund. Their airplanes are always late.. but to be honest their new aircrafts are very comfortable, the food is delicious and the service is good.. the best thing is that you can reach many destinations directly from Kuwait

The whole office is late and crowded, and the one needs two hours to leave me personally. I pay the extra and book for any second flight, because I don't enter because I just changed the country and two hours were done knowing that the rest of the companies change you by phone.
