A silly, super expensive service that isn't practical for most people. You're better off doing some research and getting a local SIM. Only useful IF you're in an absolute emergency. Also, customer service is rude, unsympathetic that you're helpless in a foreign land, and generally indifferent.

It is just a very easy, cheap and convenient way to use your own phone, in many countries, with one single sim.

I bought it a year ago and I ve use it in Europe, America and Asia without any problems.

I recommend you to try it for a couple of times and I bet you won t regret.

I bought the 5gb usa plan for me and my sister for our road trip to New York so we would be able to use our GPS. It also really helped not getting too bored on the road by being able to check social media, text my friends and listen to music that I forgot to pre download. Would use this again.
