I broke two vials of a drug by accident so I had to buy the drug replacement myself. Keyes would charge me $755. CVS charged me $39. While neither are 'nice' and typically rude, I have chosen to go back to CVS simply because of price and put up with people who are not nice also. They would get one star but delivery has been excellent. A guy named Mike at Keys called me yesterday left a voice mail to call back. When I called back today, no one knew what I was talking about and of course Mike was not there. When will businesses get their act together. Customers like a business run as a business.

I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service at Keyes. Our son's prescription is not covered by our insurance and a very sweet pharmacist at our local CVS recommended we check with Keyes to see if it's less expensive. Sure enough, it's $30 less and they mail it to our house! Every time I have called they are a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I prefer using local and/or family-owned businesses like Keyes in Auburndale. The quality of service is generally very good - with a few minor annoyances. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful, occasionally seeming a bit-stressed. With a few improvements I'd give Keyes 5 stars.

Best pharmacy - super caring staff, personalized, knowledgeable service, excellent selection of durable medical equipment items (& can always order, if what need isn't in stock), some less expensive but still qualitative brands, and interesting vitamin supplement options.

After becoming a customer here, you'll never want to settle & use chain pharmacies for your prescription needs.

F.Y.I. - because this IS a small, family owned pharmacy, hours are different than large box stores, so check times!

About Keyes Drug

Community pharmacies in MA: Acton Pharmacy, Keyes Drug, Theatre Pharmacy and West Concord Pharmacy, offer prescriptions, compounding services, medical supplies and more.

Keyes Drug is a community pharmacy chain in Massachusetts that has been serving the local communities for over 50 years. With four locations, including Acton Pharmacy, Keyes Drug, Theatre Pharmacy and West Concord Pharmacy, they offer a wide range of services to meet the healthcare needs of their customers.

One of the primary services offered by Keyes Drug is prescription filling. They work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the medications they need in a timely manner. Their pharmacists are highly trained and knowledgeable about drug interactions and side effects, so they can answer any questions or concerns patients may have about their medications.

In addition to prescription filling, Keyes Drug also offers compounding services. Compounding involves customizing medications to meet specific patient needs. For example, if a patient has difficulty swallowing pills or needs a medication in a different form (such as liquid or cream), compounding can help make it easier for them to take their medication as prescribed.

Medical supplies are another important service provided by Keyes Drug. They carry everything from diabetic testing supplies to home medical equipment like walkers and wheelchairs. Their staff can help patients find the right products for their needs and provide instruction on how to use them properly.

But Keyes Drug isn't just about filling prescriptions and providing medical supplies - they're also committed to promoting overall health and wellness in their communities. They offer immunizations (including flu shots) as well as health screenings like blood pressure checks and cholesterol testing.

One thing that sets Keyes Drug apart from other pharmacies is their dedication to personalized service.
