I prefer using local and/or family-owned businesses like Keyes in Auburndale. The quality of service is generally very good - with a few minor annoyances. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful, occasionally seeming a bit-stressed. With a few improvements I'd give Keyes 5 stars.
Unfortunately, it's beginning to lose its neighborhood pharmacy feel. The employees used to know the customers by name, but not so much anymore.
