Great product, service and staff. Parts and service is available however I have not had any breakdowns with my three units in the last 15 years. Highly recommended!

If you let them on you re chain saw. Make sure you check the chain tension. Get ours back and the chain is way to tight.

Dropped of 2 saws to get them running properly, now one runs but had the chain wayyy to tight. And the second doesn t even start.

I took my zero turn mower in yesterday morning with some issues, was a quick drop off. I was contacted by the service Manager ( Matt I think) a few hours later . He informed me he had the parts , and that there were a couple of other minor issues . It was ready this morning, all old parts provided, and the service advisor was super friendly and helpful ( again at 8.30 AM) . Great experience and appreciated the quick turnaround , I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Hadn't been to Key Ag Kubota's new facility. Very accessible in my wheelchair. Jessica met me at the door and my M35 Kubota loader parts were ready for me. That was impressive service by Jessica and Gil. I may just have to get some more ORANGE things!

This is an EXCELLENT place to work as well as get your equipment worked on. There s more than fifty years experience in the shop as well as thirty five years of parts experience in the parts department, we strive to do our best to find what you need. Whether it s on a Kubota or Husqvarna or another off brand piece of equipment that we don t sell or service,we will find what you need and make sure we do it in a timely manner. I ve never worked for a place that I ve felt more like family.

I have made several trips to service and parts lately. First entering and being directed to departments by Victoria and again when leaving was exceptional.
Parts department staff are so helpful and pleasant hard to find this in other companies that I deal with.
Tina Epps and her entire staff are and above all expectations. I was looked after so quickly resolving my repairs and pricing she is a great asset to your company.
Ryan was such a special young man that came out to our acreage to repair our mower and another trip to find and repair issues with our tractor. We both were so amazed of how he went above his work to help us get up and mowing. Thank You for your great staff Dennis & Darlene

Terrible parts service. Part I ordered for a Husky chainsaw was 4 days late. Called to find out where it was, hasn't even been ordered.

BUYER BEWARE! The Manager (Kevin) here at this location and the GM in Red deer , you two are a big joke to the Sales industry. Do yourself a favour, have some self respect and take some classes to get better in customer service. Even the front desk girl at both locations have better customer service and respect than these two losers. If a customer comes in to buy a product, treat them with respect not just give them 2 weeks run around and deliver a dirty tractor to the owner after. My 12 years old truck is in cleaner condition than this tractor was in. The funny part I must say, is since I'm spending $38k on a brand new tractor and it has already showing 3.3 hrs on the machine. The Manager and GM both said this normal hours when they do a PDI. "3.3 hrs" to do a PDI ???? Or maybe the tech drove the tractor there and back o the Nisku oil and gas Rally LOL. COME ON, other dealer in town said they have not heard of such that much hrs on a brand new machine. I finally had enough and demanded that my money be refunded that was deposited and made a smart choice to phone around other kubota's in town and got way better deals (St paul Kubota and Kubota Edmonton) before i wasted my money at this greasy dealership.Better yet maybe Cody, Ryan and Henry at Kubota can show you two how to make a sale and a friendship.

P.S. Watch for the comments from Mr kevin playing a greasy victim. You are in a hurry to make a quick sale but will not let people know the whole buying process you provided. Shame on you and your tiltle as a GM.

A well run business, with good staff. I haven't bought anything from them, so my opinion is limited.

A well stocked parts department had the drive belt that I needed for my older kubota mower. I went into the dealership expecting to order the belt but was pleasantly surprised when they had what I needed.

Year after year Key Ag Ventures Inc. gets my vote for the #1 Ag business around! They have a stellar customer sales and service team.

Poor service, ridiculous amount of time for a chainsaw tuneup, little to no communication, I'll never be back.

Had some underlying purchase issues with the Kubota store, the actual OWNER of KEYAG looked me up and came to my place of work and invited me to their grand opening and sincerely apologized several times over. Now that is customer service at its finest. Kudos to you Marv. Now time for me to take notes. Very impressive, completely changed my view of the operations and will send HARV himself several referrals I have lined up to this store. Quite impressed.

Walked around the new showroom at 10:00am, asked for some pamphlets, continued to walk around, walked around some more, walked around outside, carried on for some more pamphlets, thank god for the parts lady who was very happy to help me out. HOWEVER a very very important sales meeting was much more important than bothering to come out and sell me a tractor that I had the vin number for, the price I wanted to pay and all the credentials ready to make a purchase! Probably won't ever buy a kubota now. Just wanted to be sold and nobody to sell to.

1 star for the friendly receptionist and 1 star for the friendly parts girl who helped out.
