Purchased a turnkey package and truly wish we hadn't. Simply the worst experience from the word go. Absolute incompetence regarding the building process (they messed up the boundary line and even the site manager only worked it out after all trades had finished their work e.g. retaining wall, fencing, landscaping). Constant delays (now 4 months and counting), all enquiries for very simple information (e.g. have you applied for the occupation certificate yet?) met with either consummate apathy or downright obfuscation and derision. This is regardless of whether you attempt to engage property consultants (pass the buck), site managers (pass the buck, "oh its the contractors"), customer service Elizabeth (second rudest person I've ever encountered), construction team (refuse to engage or respond) or conveyancer Emily (the single rudest individual I've ever had the misfortune to converse with). They will simply pass you to another department who wont respond or refuse to provide contact details for those that are responsible for answering that particular enquiry. If I could give a zero out of five I would. Disgraceful service that would have all involved fired on the spot if they worked in any other industry. BEWARE BUYERS, once they have a deposit they will show utter contempt for you as a customer. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I had Steve look after any fixes that need doing prior to settling and moving in to our home. He was amazing and went above and beyond even fixing things we did not even notice. After 3 months of being in our home we then had Tony W come and fix anything we had noted that needed attending to. Again he was lovely to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My experience with both these fellas was totally unexpected as usually you would need to chase and feel like you are walking on egg shells but with these guys that was never the case.

We recently bought our new home with Allam. Customer service post sales is amazing. They will revert to your messages within a day. The Maintanence Team (Josephine) is pretty quick with everything. Tony has been amazing in not only helping us with maintenance work but also shares his valuable knowledge in order to maintain our house in long run.

We purchased our first home in Marsden Park in 2018. We are impressed with Allam Home team. We are also impressed with Tony (from Allam Maintenance Team). Whenever We've had a problem with our property Jennefer assisted us by making the appointment and Tony have been able to help and resolve the issues. Tony not only been a helpful person but very friendly and polite. We will recommend Allam Homes. There are still some maintenance needs to be done and the appointment has been organised and I am sure Tony will repair it in timely manner. Well we came across the rest of maintenance team members (dont want name them) but we HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY.

We have bought Allam home recently at The Ponds and went through our final inspection yesterday. I must say I am most impressed with Micheal who took us through the process and he is so proactive, genuine and very reassuring. Micheal lifted our experience to the next level. Jennefer, Tony and Andrew from Allams are the only reason I would recommend Allams Homes.

Every time I've had a problem with our property either Jennefer or Tony have been able to help and resolve the issues.

Jennefer from Allams maintenance has always been connectable either through mobile or email, she's always returned all my calls and email normally within 24hrs.
Tony's the repair guy, with all he's tips and tricks got all our repairs done correctly and promptly. I can't count how many times Tony's gone above and beyond whats required for him to fix a issues.

Andrew for the sales team was very according to our request when the property was getting built. He kept us up to date with the progress and any changes that occurred.
Both Jennefer and Tony have gone above and beyond my exceptions for all the repairs that have happened on my property.

Cannot fault our experience with Rob from Allam homes Marsden Park. Rob is an absolute credit to the Allam family. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks, Rob!

We have been living in our Allam Home for over 12 months and we love our new home. We are grateful for the quick response and job well done by Jennifer and Tony, both legends, from the Maintenance Department.

After a year of looking and comparing houses we finally settled on an Allam Home. It really came down to the exceptional customer service from Glenn Smith at the Box Hill site. Always polite, knowlegable and didn't get frustrated by the 100 questions we had. He was more like a consultant than a sales person and is a credit to Allam Homes.

A little flexibility and they would be 5 star. Just exchanged contracts on a property in Kellyville and Andrew was very helpful, as was his colleague in Marsden Park who specially opened a property just so we could see the colour scheme of the property we purchased. However, that brings me to my only criticism. You cannot change a thing on the property. We asked for a different colour pallet for carpets, tiles used in other Allam properties but were not allowed. I asked if I paid the extra they would run trunking and place holes for a projector and speakers in the lounge, but again no. We have even said we do not want the washing line put in and have been told that may not be possible. Just a little flexibility on colour pallets and washing lines would be 5 star.

Highly recommend the team at Allam - Glenn Smith from the sales team and Michael Dolly who oversees maintenance are both fantastic to deal with and go above and beyond for their clients.

Sales person Joe was great. Had issues with Letter box key which was never handed in. Handover documents was signed in a rush so basically that s our drawback which means customer service person Alison takes as evidence. Even though we communicated since a year that key not handed in.
Customer service wasn t helpful at all.
Advised by Allam Homes Staff that key replacement at own cost. What a shame that just for this minor issue Allam Homes rating has 4star.

I brought house from Allam at Bellerive ave , North Kellyville, a year ago . I was little sceptical initially about buying new house directly from Allam since it was unknown brand to me before .
Like all new houses , we had few teething issues which came to surface within and after 90days builders warranty.

I am pleased to say that all issues were careful registered/ logged by Allam staff Jenny as and when It were raised and were fixed by Tony Whitehouse without any questions or doubts . I salute to the great free customer service they deliver even though it s not into the purchase contract .

Tony has great skills of fixing the problems and have great attitude towards customer service.

I feel great, proud and valued customer of Allam homes only because of hands on maintenance manager like Tony , sales manager Andrew and incident manager - Jenny.

Tony W from Allam maintenance is a star, very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed all the minor issues we identified after we moved in and always ready to help.

I have had a sunday inspection at one of the properties at Allam property group. This is for the agent Joe pelle. He asked me to take my shoes which is fair. Before I took my shoes he spoke from the kitchen what are you looking for, instead of greeting my family and introducing himself. After I told about my purchase price he abruptly ended up the conversation stating that this property is beyond my budget and has been rude to my kids stating you will break things. Joe you have to learn manners and soft skills. It might be one of your days but don't ever try ruining other people's day. Allam you may or may not be great with construction but if you employ people like this they will definitely ruin ur reputation...

Recently buying our new home with Allam in Box Hill. From day one we are so happy with their Customer service. Its being 3 months and upon doing 90 days inspection, Tony who is so expert and knowledgeable assisted me with my house and within week my house is all set up and best part part the team which includes David, Luke Tony and Mick are always polite and attention to detail.
Im really glad I picked my dream house from Allam group.

Allam have been fantastic from the minute we started. We have purchased a ready built home and move in a few weeks. The process has been amazing and the sales consultant, Robert, was truly sensational to deal with. The company as a whole have been professional and upfront and honest throughout the process so far and we are very excited to move into our new home soon. The house looks amazing and the finishes are great quality and well thought out in every room. Highly recommend these guys. They have taken the pressure of building away whilst ending up with a fresh build to move into.

Betty was our sales agent from Allam Homes, and we had a great experience with her. She is very responsive and ready to help nature. Doesn't matter whether it's her off day but she will response asap. Great customer service.

I purchased an allam home in 2016 at edmondson park it has way to many defects this is my 4th new home and this is by far the worst seems like they use factory 2nds my whole house needs to be repainted way to many defects to go into detail about i must have had a partially blind painter who did my house totally agree with stuart tan if you want my advice steer clear of allam homes however allam homes did fix all repairs and problems that I had without any fuss Jennifer in charge of maintenance was polite and helpful in organising the repairs and so was tony from maintence

We have been in our Allam Home now for about 7 months, having built 2 other homes previous I can't really fault their homes at all. Like anything there is always some things that need to be adjusted or might require some minor maintainence but this is always part of the building process. Allam's maintainence guy, Anthony, is one of the best I have come across. Nothing is to hard for him and he always stays on top of things making sure the job gets completed to the expected standard, he is a credit to the company. The Allam estates are extremely well laid out with good park areas that have covered BBQ area's and plenty of play equipment for young families to enjoy together. Their has not been one person within the Allam organisation that hasn't been pleasant to deal with. There is a good chance that I will make my next home an Allam Home, if it's in the right area.

We purchased a new home with Allam Homes in 2003, and have had building defect issues which have not been resolved by the builder during the time of warranty. There were touch-up jobs done and now we have major issues with the building like the waterproofing, balcony lattice cover collapsing and tiling cracks etc.

We are really happy with the services provided by Allam's maintenance team, in particular, Jennefer and Tony Whitehouse are superb!! Jennefer is always readily available to contact regarding any issues and Tony has always been very patient, thorough and fantastic in identifying and fixing those issues, he absolutely delivered an exceptional customer service and deserve a 5 star rating! Thank you so much Tony and Jennefer!

We bought our dream home from Allam. There were a few minor defects that Jennifer was more then happy to sort out. Tony is amazing! Very fast and thorough.

I purchased house and land package in Edmondson park November 2018, so far exellent customer service, great staff, friendly, accurate, efficient. Havent moved in yet but sure i will get the same level of assistance till the end. Keep up the good work.

We bought our beautiful Allam Home about 11 months ago now and we are extremely happy with the quality and service that we have received. From the sales man Robert Rolls( Marsden Park Office) who was amazing put our mind at ease a lot but all round nice guy nothing was ever a problem for him to the maintenance guy Tony who again went above and beyond to make our transition into our home an easy one. Would recommend Allam to anyone as Im a second generation Allam home owner .

I purchased an Allam Home in Edmondson Park early 2015.
The quality of construction and finishes are the worst I have seen in my 30 year career in the construction industry.
12 months in and I am still fighting to have significant defects rectified.
My advise, steer well clear of Allam Homes.

We moved into our Allam home recently at Kellyville, I must say I am very happy and content with the service Allam homes provided. Micheal was very thorough when handing over the home with the pre inspection, he was very attentive and paid attention to minute details. He made sure everything was fixed before we moved . Micheal definitely made our Allam experience special, with his professional attitude and commitment to make things happen in time, Thanks Michael
