Went here and got to say from the moment I called they were really helpful unlike some other places that won't do anything for you unless you physically go into the store.

Haven't placed order yet but once the few last bit of paperwork is sorted I shall be.

If there is anything I had to say that was negative about it, it is the consultation area which was just in the reception which just had a whole bunch of chairs kind of just placed there. It wasn't a bother to me as such because I had already made my mind up what I wanted but if I were going there to find the right model I probably would have felt a bit...."Is that it?"!

As I say I haven't actually given them the nod on this order yet so I will be revisiting this review again in a few weeks.

Been using Gerald Simons for 20 years, they are brilliant at assessing disabled people for their equipment they need, what ever they need to make them mobile at home or outside, town or countryside.

I needed a spare part for my Freewheel which wasn't in stock so Ryan found a slightly used component which he sent me for free. Brilliant service, above and beyond, to get me out of trouble! Thank you!!

My wheelchair got mangled on a plane trip. By the time I got home Dan Craigs had sorted out a quote for the insurance, got it approved by the person liable and the wheels arrived the day I got home. When another part turned out to have been mis identified by Ti Lite he sorted out the correct part which I got an fitted this week. Stunning customer service.

Wow!!! I called the office this morning informing them that I had a puncture on my motorised scooter. In less than two hours the engineer arrived and fixed puncture problems. I should say I cannot believe it but in fact this is typical of Gerald Symonds. Always courteous on the phone and always reliable service. I use the Motorbility Scheme with this company and in 10 years they have never let me down. I must say that if you re looking around for your mobility solutions then look no further.

Always excellent advise, all questions answered, simply brilliant service. I feel comfortable getting in touch as they make me feel welcomed. I really wish other service providers would learn from Gerald Simonds how to offer support.

Not happy, they have failed to deal with a disabled veteran who is now housebound until they come out, was promised a visit today by bosses only for engineer to say he couldn't come leaving a broken chair in wetroom and no way for veteran to use the toilet/shower

The only company that was able to resolve the issue with my daughter's 6K wheelchair. They are my goto company for any issues/servicing. Staff are competent, polite and will get things organised themselves with the relevant parties e.g. school, college to get appointments made etc. They keep me informed with the way I want i.e they listen and pay attention. Great company and people.
