Having recently moved into our new property we were not entirely sure as to the style that we wanted in our new home. Having visited a number of shops we found Treadwell s late in the day. Not only were we astounded at the quality of goods in the shop but having discussed our potential requirements we were given exemplary advice and guidance from one of the assistants. We are delighted with the outcome and cannot recommend the shop highly enough. Not just a shop, it s a shopping experience that left me and my wife feeling excited relieved and thankful.

Great shop with fabulous knowledgeable staff, Bill,Neil,Lisa,George all experts in their field. Highly recommended for your bespoke furniture needs. They will always get our future business,must try and keep Her Majesty out of the showroom. Well done and thank you for the service.

Nice selection of furniture and fixtures, wide range of material and wallpaper samples to chose from, very helpful staff. Bit pricey though.

Just called. immediate response from telephone, question answered, appointment booked and provide vertical wooden blinds. (Happy Days) I found Treadwells to give a personal and professional service in the past.

I recently purchased a sofa which although had been ordered correctly when it was delivered it had incorrect feet attached. Without hesitation it was agreed that a new sofa would be sent and the original would be taken back. The replacement has now been delivered and I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to all concerned for a really positive outcome. Thank you.

Not only does this shop exhibit excellence in interier taste, but their service is second to none. After breaking a glass surround of a large wall lamp purchased some month's prior, the team (Ellie in particular) went out of their way to find a new part (from far away lands no doubt), and arrange for its careful delivery to me, only charging to cover the cost of postage. Amazing service from a proud family run company. I look forward to popping in text time i'm up that way! Phil

Awful experience and this isn t the first time. Very unhelpful. If you re dressed down or do not show any sign of wealth they re not interested. It s a shame because they have some really nice wallpapers.
