I have no words for the friendliness and hospitality with which Mr. Lorenzo welcomed us. Rooms and bathroom clean, superb breakfast both sweet and savory, convenient location to public transport and to the Pigneto area where there are very nice places. If you have patience you can also find the parking space for the car, I left it for three days and used public transport to get around.
Very nice, comfortable beds. Friendliness and kindness are the distinctive trait of the owner. I was very good. I'll come back. I warmly recommend it with enthusiasm.
We found ourselves really well. Clean and new room. Lorenzo is really a nice and helpful person.
Simple. Need to change the windows because it s to much noise. Buy earplugs!!! You can hear every train and airplane. The owner it s ok even if he s not speaks english. The place it s ok just far from city center.

We do not consider it just a B&B room but rather a mini-apartment in the heart of Rome (I was my wife and two girls). Staff attentive to all needs. Cleanliness and friendliness seal their professionalism. Then what to say, get off and you can choose to eat in their two adjacent rooms (pizzeria or Roman trattoria) 10 meters from the B&B.
A tribute to the owners for how they were able to make the experience of Rome ..... memorable.

We spent a week here. The host Lorenzo is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. Breakfast was great with fresh coffee from Lorenzo every day.
One of the greatest cheap apartment that you can find in Rome. Very clean and beautiful rooms. This is a good place for families.
