Very poorly ran company. As a long time business owner, I used them to service an SBA loan and have taken a bad hit to my credit due to their lack of organization and communication. They are either understaffed or have zero leadership.

Have made several attempts to get a microloan for my business. Only spoke to the business specialist once and the passed me off to the credit repair specialist. Was told I would be getting a phone call from a specialist in my area and so far nothing. I try calling back but all I can get are voicemails and my calls don't get returned.

Update: After I left my review I finally got a call back. Still no solid answers but after talking we might be heading in the right direction.

Aida is simply the best. I love her. This company is awesome and comes through when nobody else can. Rob and Sheri are also WONDERFUL.

Justine Peterson is a great place for micro loans and financial services and advice.

These are some of the rudest people that answer the phone. I am nearly completed with my loan payments and wanted information about other products and services. Maybe, even a larger loan. I have called numerous times and never a call back. Not one in over 8 months. NO CALL BACK. And the person that routes the calls...her attitude is insufferable. She sounds nasty. And I usually give a person the benefit of a doubt. I have called several times and just hangup with the unfriendly energy of the receptionist. How she can keep a job is beyond me. Just poor customer service. I do my part and make my payments. Thankfully, I got my loan through another party and don't really have to deal with them directly. I wanted so badly to love this company but with their attitude...I would gladly pay higher interest just not to deal with them.

The lady wasnt very nice not could I understand her. And I never got to speak with anyone to help me with an sba loan.

Said they could help with credit repair but never helped me.Wow how can help someone without helping.

While the twin account program "could" be of help. They lie...they don't resolve things on time. They made a lie out of the people who referred me all the way to making a liar of me while trusting their word (2 weeks versus 2 months). They lack professionalism and most of all...did I say "THEY LIE REPEATEDLY"...that's a deal breaker for me when it comes to any (financial) planning.

I was referred to Justine Peterson by Enterprise Bank and Trust because though I have excellent credit I didn't have 20% to put down. After 3 yes 3 months I was turned down the 9.5% loan because I wouldn't change my business plan to make it look like I would be creating more jobs. I got the seller to finance 91k me for 1 year at 6% and then obtained a loan at 4.5% at Lindel Bank. I have owned my business for 4 years now and looking back on my experience I'm grateful for not getting gouged on a 10 year note at 9.5% yes 9.5% by this organization. 9.5% is not my idea of giving back. I would have never made it if I had gotten that loan.

Rob and the team at Justine Petersen were amazing to work with during NexCore's Streamathon back in April. Without them, we could not have pulled this off!

Unbelievable! I wish had known sooner about them.. Worked with Galen and was just amazing. I am so thankful for the way they give back. God Bless.

Jim Boyle is the best. My husband and I were in a tight spot, credit was NOT good by any means and they helped us out and I would recommend them to anyone. It wasnt the fastest process but they were definitely there when nobody else was and we are grateful for them.
