I recently worked with a development company and had an excellent experience. Their professionalism and expertise were second to none. They delivered the project in a timely manner and the final result exceeded my expectations.

We had the worst builder's warranty repair experience with this builder. This builder has no pride in making things right and respect their customer. I am very disappointed with their work ethics. Maybe I am so spoiled by warranty claim experiences from big names like Toll Brothers, Lennar, Centex. Set the right expectation when you deal with small builders. They just want to make a few quick bucks. Well lesson learned the hard way.

I worked in accounting department - it s the worst company I ve ever been to. Their superintendent quit, project engineer quit, HR associate quit, AP specialist fired. Other folks from other departments left in 2020. My experience was bad. Go check it out yourself and prove me wrong!

- The Worst experience, lowest material/appliances quality, no warranty (they do not do/fix anything for the one year fix-and-finish warranty that they sell).

- That is my biggest mistake that I purchased my condo from JS Sullivan. The buildings/units have many many of issues (critical and small issues) and they are not responsible at all about the issue. They will not fix any of the problems.

- Regarding the google review ranking, I can see 5 stars just from themselves (their employee) and 1 stars from the home owners (buyers).

- I believe you will be big regret if you purchase your home from JS Sullivan.
