Great Choice, Excellent Service with helpful staff - I will be using them again

My fridge / freezer decided to become unwell! I phoned rdo, explained i had my 10 month old grandaughter who is on a special diet and needed her food refridgerated. They were quick on the case and pardon the pun but saved my bacon! They arranged for a temporary fridge to be in place which was delivered within a couple of hours. The engineer came out the following week and fixed the problem. I cannot thank them enough for the speed and efficiency and understanding of my dilemma. Great service thankyou gentlemen.

RDO removed and fitted our washer dyer unit as per our landlords. I found the guys very helpful and friendly, they even went above and beyond by helping to refit the baseboard/plinth by shaving the mdf so that we could fit it back again.

Great range of range cookers. Was one of the few places I could see a good variety. The prices are good the same as you would find in any reputable shop. Very helpful staff who were not pushy. Definitely worth a visit if you are planning on buying good quality appliances for your kitchen.

We had a problem with a washing machine and contacted Customer Services. I was hugely impressed with the way that my problem was dealt with. We bought from RDO in the first place because of their competitive prices and the high quality of advice received in the showroom. After sales care is what sorts the men from the boys in all retail relationships though and this company excelled in that too. I will definitely be back.

Our fridge decided to stop working in the middle of a pandemic, having used RDO 10 years ago when we bought a cooker and found them to be excellent we decided to go to them again for a new fridge. I am glad to say they are still excellent. The delivery team was very good and managed to work around a very tricky delivery (heavy appliance, narrow entrance) whilst respecting the current social distancing rules.

A very good service from start to finish. Brought all my appliances for my kitchen and everyone was very helpful when choosing the right ones. Delivery time worked perfectly with the renevation and if needed RDO offered to hold on to the appliances till we were ready for installation. Very good after care as well.

Our fridge freezer broke on a Friday night and was catering for a small party on the Sunday so needed a fridge. We called RDO Reigate early on the Saturday and they were so helpful, we ordered the fridge freezer over the phone and they said they would deliver within 2.5 hours which they did. Couldn't thank them enough and the staff at RDO and the delivery guys were amazing. Thank you

I randomly came across RDO when I was looking for a new kitchen applicance on the internet. They were very reasonably priced. I was a bit reluctant to use them initially having not heard of this company before. I read the reviews and decided to go ahead and place my order not knowing what to expect. I am very glad I did. Very professional company. I placed my order online and they called me within minutes to confirm receipt and kept me well informed about delivery as did their chosen courier company. Fantastic service would highly recommend this company and will definately be using them again in future. Thanks to Darren and all at RDO.

Excellent . Knowledgeable staff, who were very good at offering advice and a very fair price for all my new kitchen appliances. Only minor gripe was nowhere for customers to sit down in the couple of hours we were there. However store is well stocked with a wide variety of products..and lots of choice. Very good customer service.

Ordered a new AEG dishwasher a few weeks ago. Good price and great service. Can't fault them.
Delivery company (Panther) were very good too: wife was home alone and they unwrapped it for her and took all the packaging away with them.

I used RDO last summer to buy two ovens. There were some teething issues with the manufacturer which ultimately involved replacing the oven with an upgraded version. RDO were brilliant at helping to sort these issues out. I would use them ahead of John Lewis who I always thought were the safe bet for this type of purchase.

RDO were excellent to deal with. The prices were already great but they took even more off for me, threw in some free saucepans and even arranged to deliver in two lots to accommodate the building works I had going on. Extremely helpful and friendly and I am more than happy to recommend them. I will use them again.

Nicely laid out showroom with lots of appliances on the ground floor for kitchens including fridges, freezers, cookers, washing machines a.d tumble driers. On the 1st floor, they have different kitchens on display. They all look great, showing a range of different worktops, appliances, islands, cabinets, drawers, bins, cookers, sinks and taps. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It's got quality kitchens and appliances but you will have to pay for it as they are not cheap!

We have bought a lot of kitchen appliances from RDO over the past 12 months, during the re-development of our house. The sales people at RDO have been knowledgeable and helpful, assisting in choosing the right products to suit our needs, not recommending items which are more expensive just to get a bigger sale. all items have been price matched, and delivery has been seemless.

Previously I would have purchased such items from John Lewis but prefer to support local businesses who are no more expensive than John lewis. I can recommend RDO without hesitation

Great showroom in Reigate, really helpful staff with the best online prices.

I ordered a freezer last week for next day pick-up as it was in stock so they took the full payment however the next day we received a call that they don't have it in stock and will deliver it on Monday. They never called, I left a message and no one called back. I later tried again on Monday late afternoon and they told us it will come on 17th April. I'm extremely frustrated by this as the customer service was very poor and they never told me about this delay as I had to find out myself and I am still waiting on a refund.

I recently purchased an integrated dishwasher from RDO and took up the fitting and disposal options. I would have no hesitation recommending RDO to anyone looking to buy an appliance. Their staff are very knowledgeable about the different models available, as well as being very helpful.
Plus their fitters were highly professional in the way they went about removing and installing our new appliance. Very satisfied!
