Great experience dealing JP heating and cooling. He was able to come out the same day to identify the problem and had us back up and running with a new board the next day. Great service and excellent price compared to what big box companies wanted to charge and waaaay faster. When we have HVAC issues in the future John will be our one and only call. Wish I could give more stars!!

When my air conditioner stopped working, it happened to be a holiday weekend, on a Sunday no less. Most places wanted to charge a huge up charge to come out on a Holiday and it would have been late into the evening. JP Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by a friend, so I called him right away. JP Heating & Cooling came out immediately and fixed the problem with no upcharge for a holiday! I was thrilled with his service.

John knows what he s doing. He ll do whatever it takes to get the job done and done right! He fixed our heating by rebuilding a board that we could no longer get. The other 2 guys that came quoted over 11,000 because without that part, the whole system had to be replaced. John came in and actually made a new board. Who does that?? Who is capable of doing that??? John is!!

I have used JP Heating and Cooling services a couple of times and they were on time, efficient and honest, hard workers. I highly recommend JP Heating and Cooling.

Oh my gosh, JP was awesome and saved me! I was so afraid my AC was beyond repair and he quickly identified the issue, quickly fixed my issues, and not only explained the issues in detail, he gave me tips to help my systems last longer. Great experiencel Fired our warranty company Will take Ramsey and Clark Howard s advice. .There is always an EScape Clause for not completing a job. JP heating and cooling is a Keeper.!! Perhaps the best, most honest contractor I've ever worked with. Did a great job fixing our A/C, showed us how to improve things for free, and solved problems the inexpensive way. I'll never use anyone else ever again!

I don't take the time to write reviews, but John is a good dude. He takes the time to explain things and doesn't try to oversell or recommend services that aren't needed. He seems to truly enjoy his job and working on all things HVAC. Incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

It took me using 4 other HVAC contractors before I humbled myself and listened to my Wife (she reads reviews religiously). So I sought out John P. for HVAC repair services. And oh what a blessing he was! He explains exactly what he is doing, and why his actions are important. He even gives you options to consider. Quite a methodical and thorough man that John P. If you could pick the all stars of technical service work, John would be your hall of fame starter. He is that good, and firmly believes in taking care of the customer, not his short term gain. He is all about the long term.

JP has been our main HVAC guy over the years. Very reliable and honest. He has performed repairs and annual maintenance for us. I like that he's very transparent about his work and his findings. I like to ask questions and he's always willing to show me how things are working which gives me a peace of mind.

Our AC went out last night, and by this morning before 9 am it was up and running again. I couldn t believe the promptness of JP s! The rates are very reasonable, and he was very courteous. I would definitely recommend JP s to everyone I know, and continue giving them business in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have used them quite a few times and they are very prompt, reliable, and honest. There are a lot of HVAC companies out there that will take advantage of you but this company won't. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors who also have had wonderful experiences. Highly recommend JP Heating and Cooling. Outstanding Service! Here was our situation. It had been extremely hot here in Charlotte and our AC wasn't working and we were trying desperately to have someone repair it on a Sunday. Called John on Sunday at 1:58 p.m. and he said he could come out Sunday afternoon/evening between 4:00 and 6:00 to look at it since he had another appt. scheduled before my call. I mentioned that we were submitting a claim through our home warranty company. He said he had experience with dealing with home warranty companies and said no problem. He came out a little bit before 4:00, diagnosed the problem, spoke to the Home Warranty Co., and fixed the problem immediately. And his price for coming out on a Sunday and for parts ... Oh My Goodness ... the price he charged was so so very reasonable and much less than expected! We are extremely happy with his service and we were cool in our home by 5:30 that evening because of John!

I called JP in reference to a moldy smell present when the heat or ac turns on. Charged me 69 to come out diagnose the problem and educated me on future maintenance and prevention. Extremely knowledgeable and reasonable I would recommend him to anyone.
Other companies gave me estimates ranging from 500 and even as high as 1700.
My overall experience with JP was awesome don t waste your time with anyone else.

John is possibly one, if not the best, service technicians I have ever had at my house for any issue. We were having heat problems around Christmas and I called John. The issue looked like it was fixed but came back, it was a really weird issue but John got it resolved. John was always quick to come to the house and explained everything very thoroughly with me. He even said I could call him Christmas Day if the heat went off....who does that this day and age. You would be far pressed to find anyone who would even offer to do that. Anyway, John nailed down the issue and the heat has worked great ever since. Great guy, great work, great attitude. I will not even think to call anyone else if we have any other HVAC issue. Highly recommended!!

I highly reccommend JP. I made my appointment and John and one of his guys showed up to my condo 10 minutes early and I was thrilled. They both took off their shoes and put on booties so my wood floors would not get dirty. John thoroughly examined my AC unit and cleaned the vents and changed all the filters for me. I asked him to look at my neighbors unit and he went ahead and cleaned their vents as well since they were dirty. He also drained my water heater and changed the filters for me. I was not expecting that at all. Overall, I am so happy that I used their service and highly recommend them for yours. I was impressed with his honesty and the fair value of his pricing.

John came out to our home within a couple hours and checked our HVAC system after a night without Air Conditioning....He checked our system and verified that the only issue was a dirty filter which caused our system to freeze overnight. Just to verify he ran several tests and confirmed it was just a dirty filter that caused the issue. He even gave me additional pointers and tips to watch for in the future.

I would definitely call him again for any future issues.

For the past month, I've had issues with my air conditioning. After having used other repairmen without satisfaction, I called JP Heating and Cooling. Within minutes, he was able to diagnose what was wrong, as well other issues regarding the problem. What impressed me was that he talked me through the repairs that needed to be done. He also explained ways in which I can better value from my use of the air conditioning experience. He was prompt and courteous and better still, reasonable and willing to work with you. I highly recommend him for your air conditioner/heating needs.

Before calling John, over the past month I had another HVAC company come out multiple times to try and resolve an issue i was having with my AC. I was soon frustrated and decided to call up JP heating and cooling. In one visit he was able to resolve the problem! I couldn't be more happier. If anything else happens with my HVAC system, I know who to call now.
