And oh what a blessing he was! He explains exactly what he is doing, and why his actions are important. He even gives you options to consider. Quite a methodical and thorough man that John P. If you could pick the all stars of technical service work, John would be your hall of fame starter. He is that good, and firmly believes in taking care of the customer, not his short term gain. He is all about the long term.
