the advisers were very helpful. however the wait time was a little excessive. I took it in for oil change and I did get a video as to the recommendations. which I think is very informative. And then I could decide which action if any I was going to take in addition to the oil change.
The service was excellent Joshua was very informative and friendly. Straight forward and honest. What he said was what it was. No gimmicks! Would i buy another vehicle from Jordan Ford YES!

Nicholas Thurmond took very good care of us at Jordan Ford San Antonio. Better than other salesman at other Ford dealerships. He was very respectful and considerate. He met our needs and exceeded our expectations. I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of like at other dealerships. I bought a 2021 Ford Explorer King Ranch. I was in and out in a little over an hour. It was a very painless experience!!!

I went in for two different services on my Ford Escape and expected to be there for hours, but between Juan Flores (my Service Rep) and Ramiro Flores (The Mechanic).
