I went in for two different services on my Ford Escape and expected to be there for hours, but between Juan Flores (my Service Rep) and Ramiro Flores (The Mechanic). They had me in and out in record time. I was kept informed on what was going on with my Ford. Thanks for the great job your men do for us. I'm one happy customer.
