If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. I could post a long, in depth description, but who really wants to read that? Let me keep it short and sweet... don t do business with him, he s a cheap crook.

I hope to save someone a disaster of a situation that my family and I went through by buying a house from this guy! Do not do business with him! Do not trust him!

Avoid buying a home from this realtor/flipper! Purchased a "remodeled" home and the work is subpar, we've had to have contractors in to fix things and was told they original work wasn't done properly. Not counting the listing said central air and there was none, I won't get into what that cost to install. Shameful! Avoid!

Do not do business with them. They bought a home of mine and 30 days later, backed out the day before the closing. They do not keep to their words. Do not trust them.

Just unprofessional, rude and doesn t complete work orders in timely fashion.

John and his team got me out from a bad investment. Now I have peace of mind that it's behind me. Thanks to all of you!
