Avoid buying a home from this realtor/flipper! Purchased a "remodeled" home and the work is subpar, we've had to have contractors in to fix things and was told they original work wasn't done properly. Not counting the listing said central air and there was none, I won't get into what that cost to install. Shameful! Avoid!
Do not do business with them. They bought a home of mine and 30 days later, backed out the day before the closing. They do not keep to their words. Do not trust them.
Just unprofessional, rude and doesn t complete work orders in timely fashion.
