The best counselling service I've ever had.
Receptionists, counsellors are all well-trained, thoughtful, kind and caring.
Each counselling, there's a 15-min break, when the counselor brings the client's concern to other counsellors to get 2nd opinion. Which I find unique.
For a family counselling, they expanded the time (not only 50-min or 1hr)

When I was sobbing by the window at waiting room, the reception lady brought me tissue box even though she was not able to see me directly... very compassionate.

I got a great help from Adriana today regarding immigration sponsorship application... I highly recommend her service because she is a honest and professional

I met with Adrianna J. yesterday for immigration and I was totally satisfied with her service. I found her to be an authentic, patient, and knowledgeable person. I was confused about a lot of things and I spoke with several consultants in Ottawa and none of them were able to provide answers to my questions. If you are looking for someone who would get to the points and provide coherent answers then; I recommend Adrianna. She will save you aggravations, time, and money.

The installations could improve in appearance but they seem to provide good counselling services

I have recently sought out the help of Jewish Family Services of Ottawa. My experience thus far has been surprisingly smooth, fast and about as anxiety free as possible given the difficult nature of the issues I (we) are facing. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, caring and compassionate every step of the way. I am beyond grateful and am looking forward to working with these fine folks.

Although I haven t personally used these programs and services this organization offers I did have a chance to interview their HR department for a community organization project. I am a student at Algonquin College, and even though JFS was extremely busy this week they made the time to squeeze my group in for an interview. I learned how diverse the programs are as well as how essential these resources are for this community. Thank for you allowing me to experience a piece of your community with you.

Thanks to JFS OTTAWA for the help provided. There is only one Chinese service staff, but patient and meticulous, praise.

With the kindest staff you could possibly ask for, this place is like my home away from home.

Very recommended, had exiting communication with cheerful and caring ladies (Alla Mazor and Mariana Rakiteansky) who dedicated unexpectedly huge time in office and for phone calls dealing with my step-by-step accommodation process in Canada. I have got everything: from the road map to specific references and useful contacts. I am fond of this wise and thoughtful manner while giving the answers to any detailed question. Thank you!
