Target Tire

These people got me out of a bind, when I had a serpentine pulley and belt eat itself on a road trip. Instead of taking advantage of my situation, they did the opposite. They found an idler pulley somewhere in the area, had it delivered while they began pulling the old parts off. I was shocked, but the labor and parts were very inexpensive. A lot of shops, seeing that I was travelling from out of town and in a hurry, would have had sky high labor bills, these people treated me like family. I'll never forget how they made my whole week with such incredible customer service. It was just over an hour and they were done and I was out the door.

I was on my way back home, to West Monroe after visiting my family in Baton Rouge. My tire was leaking air and I had to limp to them. They were able to take my car right away and within 30 minutes I was patched up and back on the road. It was so painless and inexpensive. I didn't really have a choice for where I could go to fix it, but I'm happy they were right there. Wonderful and friendly staff.
