I have booked the cruise in June 2020. Made the first payment in March 2019. Total more than 2.5K. Still waiting for the refund. No response to my email. On the call they asked me to rebook the trip.

This company is ILLEGALLY refusing to return circa 40% of our deposit for a cruise. DO NOT USE THEM. Prices may appear attractively low, but they are exhibiting appalling ethics in their behaviour. You have been warned! Look at their Google review: not even 3 stars!!
