Was an amazing cruise loved every minute 4 ladies on their own and felt very safe

Absolutely dreadful customer service.. I have been waiting for a refund from a cancelled trip for a year. After numerous attempts to claim back my money, I have filed a claim through the courts. If I could give zero stars I would!! I am still waiting for this to be resolved as the company applied for an extension to my claim.
I have booked the cruise in June 2020. Made the first payment in March 2019. Total more than 2.5K. Still waiting for the refund. No response to my email. On the call they asked me to rebook the trip. Avoid this company.
This company is ILLEGALLY refusing to return circa 40% of our deposit for a cruise. DO NOT USE THEM. Prices may appear attractively low, but they are exhibiting appalling ethics in their behaviour. You have been warned! Look at their Google review: not even 3 stars!!
Terrible customer service. Do not reply to any questions or queries by email or telephone. They ignore the law over refunds. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I'd give it 0 if I could. Poor experience of trying to get my money back from a cruise we booked. Accept that as with all travel companies there have been major financial difficulties during the pandemic but their attitude and failure to deliver on deadlines has left a sour taste and I have had to resort to applying for a section 75 claim through my credit card company.
Flights and transfers all went well, Great Cruise although the R/C boat was starting to show it's age
Had cruise booked march 2020. They cancelled 2 days before. Still waiting for money back. Not answering calls or emails. Nightmare! Will never book with them again !!!! l
