We were able to find a very good residential contractor from the list of companies on Local 3 s website. We decided on Lakewood Plumbing to fix our drain problem. We are very happy with this company and their plumber, Joe V. Joe was able to get to our house within 24 hours of our call and he was not only good about fixing the problem, but explained what happened and went above and beyond to make sure we understood how to avoid it in the future. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. On top of all of that, the price was very fair. We would absolutely use a Local 3 company again.
