Prices are nothing special; range is good considering the local alternatives; staff have little product knowledge, but will say anything for a sale (benefit of the doubt; they don't know they're giving very wrong advice!)
Bought an LG smart tv a month ago and all went well. The tv was delivered and set up for free. I have also bought a MacBook Pro and the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside is; don't try to phone the electrical dept as you will not get an answer. the phone just keeps on ringing....
