I really enjoyed the experience we had here~ there was a nice gentleman who was keeping the kids attention at the front door with tricks and juggling and really gave the entire place a nice family feel. My young year old son was hanging on to his every action and it was wonderful~ the food was also wonderful! Great flavor and the burgers were juicy. If you have a chance to try the 'Impossible' burger patty (you can substitute it on any burger for like....two dollars extra) it was quite the treat! No one would ever know it wasn't actually meat if they weren't told! Totally a place I recommend!

I forgot to take pictures but we really enjoyed this restaurant and their food! The service was super friendly and the atmosphere inside felt really nice. We lucked out and visited on a Tuesday so we were able to get a burger, fries, and a drink $10! A shake upgrade is $4!

The burgers are 1/3 lb I believe and they are super juicy and flavorful. The fries are nice and crispy and lightly salted.

We will definitely be coming back here!

Avoid the patio seating at all costs.
It is a concrete walled ghetto where the put the groups with loud out of control kids. Host should not have suggested it for my group with no kids. Server couldnt even hear my order. It seems even the staff avoids it because I had to go to the front to ask for my check.

Probably one of the best burgers I've had in the Bay. I've tried most of their menu. My favorite is the blue ribbon. The fried pickles are on point too, and I don't even like pickles. Milkshakes are also delicious. But no matter what, YOU MUST GET THE GARLIC FRIES.

First time visit, I ordered a burger & Fry's. Cost was $13.06, wow too high. I thought I will get then I big juicy burger, no way, it was so small, barely any meat. Taste good but it is very small. I am never going there again. In & out burger, you pay $7.50 and you get 4x4 & a frys.

What a find! By far my best burger joint encounter in the Bay Area. Onion rings like no other. Burger patty charred on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Have those napkins near by. Also, I can't forget that the staff is friendly and prompt. The place is clean, neat, and tidy. All in all, a great experience.

Have been three times now. It would have been four, but the parking lot was full one time when we were trying to decide where to go. I like my burgers well-done and they manage to do this for me without being excessively dry or failing in the well-done-ness. The shakes are thick, creamy, and tasty. This is my current favourite burger joint.

Food was meh. Comparable to Sizzler or any other chain seafood restaurant. I'm not sure how it got into any top of anything list.

We purchased the seafood platter with garlic noodles. Flavor wasn't great, the additional 5$ for noodles wasn't worth the money. Oysters weren't anything special.

The scallop risotto and the hibiscus infused wine were my favorite so definitely get that.

One of my favorite burger places in the bay. Choice of buns and meat doneness. Great neighbor smiles from waits, and loads of favors from house menu. The place is called "burger and shakes", so do try the $5 shakes they have, a little pricey, but very tasty. Please don't come here for a diet meal, just enjoy it. The pulp fiction / new old country like environment just makes you feel belonged.

Absolutely love the burgers. The fries are pretty good too. I especially love that they have the impossible burger(and allow you to swap out the patty on any other burger for the impossible patty). The fries are quite good, the salads seem pretty robust. Beer selection is nice for burgers. Staff is super cool.

Awesome burger and shake place. Chicken burgers and black and white milkshake were amazing. Best milkshake I have ever had, milkshakes and ice cream are really good. Ice cream is some of the best I've ever had. Service was great, greeted warmly and taken care of well.

Definitely a good place for burgers!

Had the Great with Beer and Whiskey Town Express, two burgers with it's own unique features. Loved the bourbon-glazed onions which gave a nice sweet balance to the whiskey town express and the deep fried pickles on the great with beer which went really well with the mushrooms and swiss cheese.

Will come back again to try the desserts and shakes.

Really good burger and a really thick shake! I almost had to give up on the straw and use a spoon! Kinda slow service, but worth the wait.

I wasn't aware of then when I went, but kids eat free on Monday evenings. So either head there or stay away depending on your situation! :)

Burger, Fries and a Shake. Very tasty meat and excellent bread. And I had a cherry Vanilla shake that was absolutely fantastic.

No chance to try the rings, or the garlic cheddar fries... but I'll have to get back there at some point to complete the review. I'm not sure about the parking though, it looks like it might be a problem if things are really hopping.
