I frequent her for delivery and collection of shipments, and from this point of view it is VERY POOR: eternal expectations, no one who takes responsibility, incompetence and staff concentrated on their smartphones or committed to coffee machines or smoking. The security staff at the entrances is another sore point: listless and with no ability to read the shipping documents they have to stamp, as well as being very slow and often busy on their cell phones or chatting with each other. Every time I have to enter Iveco it is a HORRIBLE experience.
