Our experience with iPhone has been great. From the start, the sales team and project management listened carefully and catered to our specific business needs and effectively transitioned from our previous provider with minimal impact on productivity. After 3 years we rarely encountered issues with our call center QOS and getting the response from technical support has always been quick, even at times when hurricanes hit Florida and we needed last minute assistance with changes to our call flow. Highly recommended!

Field Engineer Omar G. came out to our office to drop off some phones for our new hires. We were having an issue with our fax and I asked him if he could help, without a hesitation he took a look at our fax machine and figured out the problem. We had been troubleshooting for a few days over the phone, Daniel has been great also. Omar took care of the matter within minutes without even initially coming in for this issue. Omar is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant attitude. He deserves recognition! Keep up the good work Omar, you are an asset to your company. Thank you!

They must be proactive and provide customers with real solutions. Our Sales Rep, Mariano Bermudes did it great by attending to all requests we had, but the technical team needs to improve.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. In the past year they have been overcharging my mom's number in Argentina and my VOIP number that is only to receive calls from Argentina in the US. They are charging for long distance calls to Peru, Norway, Poland and the UK my mom never made. They are charging on the VOIP line international and interstate calls when the number can only receive calls to my number registered with another provider. I will change this review only if my claim is resolved and corrected in the next few weeks. I made the same complain about the overcharges on my mom's phone over a year ago; they stopped for a while and now they started again.
UPDATED REVIEW - I was promptly contacted by the company and my issue has been resolved and received credit for overcharges and discounted rates. I will continue monitoring but at least have a name to contact is this occurs again.

The customer service is outstanding. I have been using IPfone since 2010 in 2 separate companies. Quick response - easy solutions.

This telecom company is pretty much in-line with the service level of its competitors such as AT&T, Comcast, etc. I was really hoping that they would be able to break the mould of being awful at customer service, but they failed - miserably.
From Day 1 I had a very choppy phone connection. The calls would fade in and out and when I called support they said it was our slow ATT internet speed (business). After changing to a faster service with Comcast (which by the way took 2 months and was an absolute nightmare), the phone calls actually DROPPED. I have been back and forth with the customer support and "specialists" who continue to blame either ME, the customer, or the internet provider.
When asking for them to send a support person to the office I'm told it will cost $80 per hour!
They kept asking which phones we had - well actually we purchased the phones from IPfone so they should know this. Then they had us do several IT things like checking a MAC address, etc.
Overall I have spent hours upon hours trying to get a decent phone connection.

Even though ATT and Comcast may not be the best service, don't even consider switching to this awful company.

I highly recommend their service. I ve been using IPfone for more than 5 years and the flexibility and the number of features and options you get with them compering with other phone companies is amazing. They have very knowledgeable staff, always willing to help, specially Mariano Bermudez.
