I have been a customer for over 10 years. In the past year they have been overcharging my mom's number in Argentina and my VOIP number that is only to receive calls from Argentina in the US. They are charging for long distance calls to Peru, Norway, Poland and the UK my mom never made. They are charging on the VOIP line international and interstate calls when the number can only receive calls to my number registered with another provider. I will change this review only if my claim is resolved and corrected in the next few weeks. I made the same complain about the overcharges on my mom's phone over a year ago; they stopped for a while and now they started again.
UPDATED REVIEW - I was promptly contacted by the company and my issue has been resolved and received credit for overcharges and discounted rates. I will continue monitoring but at least have a name to contact is this occurs again.
