An amazing place. Went with diamond resort and the level of service was amazing. I was quite sick at the time and the lovely staff let me stay in my room past check out time so I didn't have to go out into the heat. They were so helpful!

This year's 3-day ELT conference was held at the intercontinental. Found it well-organised and convenient to get around the different conference halls. The food and facilities were standard and we also benefitted from the open day at the gym and the pool.

Employees of the hotel are very kind but when I entered to the room I felt a smell of old wet wood. I think it is because of the old wood furniture. I would not recommend this hotel. Other hotels look better than Intercontinental Malta. What a shame.
