The restaurant here is delicious. But last order at 21:30. It's too early to finish.

First-class service, first-class facilities, the car is not very good.

The hotel environment is very good and the accommodation experience is perfectly fine.
It s just that the periphery is catching up with the MRT.

So happy that I went with this hotel over a few other 5 stars in the area. Room quality was excellent. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious - especially the bathroom. Nice in-room amenities. Shower and rain shower pressure was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was so-so. Overall good service.

Overall, the room is large, but the whole is full. The scenery for the Qiantang River is quite good.

A uniquely shaped hotel. The surroundings have beautiful sight. Beautiful, large and cozy rooms! Good and delicious food in the restaurants. And most especially with accommodating staff!!!

This hotel is at the Qiantang river in Hangzhou.
Even so it is not at the West lake the location is very good. There is not a lot of traffic around the hotel and the metro station 'Civic Center', Line 4, is right next to the hotel. So it is quite convinient to get everywhere by metro or taxi.
The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the interior and the exterior of the hotel a lot. The rooms may not be very new anymore but this is not really a problem at all. Everything was clean and working.
Also the Club lounge was good and I also liked the breakfast (which I took on the fifth floor).
Very nice was also the view from the room at night. There is a light show on the high rise buildings surrounding the hotel and also a water fountain show in front of the theater. Both can be seen quite well from the room if it faces the river and the theater.
I could only stay two nights in Hangzhou, but in case I come back I will probably stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel with large modern & clean room & view of the Qiantang River. Sitting on top of a shopping centre with lots of restaurants & shopping. Nice Opera House next doors.

The scenery is nice, but the traffic around it is inconvenient. It is also difficult to call a taxi. Especially the service does not at all feel the level of a 5 star hotel.

I stayed here for two nights when I was on a business trip. If the perfect score is 10 points, I will give 8 points. Advantages: - The hotel is close to the West Lake and has a great location. - Be able to see the West Lake's musical fountain show with a superb view (if you live in a landscape room).

Beautiful place excellent service, at the reception we were attended by staff who spoke Spanish very good predisposition. The room wide the incredible view through its window at night you could see a show of lights that is projected onto the buildings. excellent breakfast very good restaurants within the hotel excellent stay highly recommended

Excellent staff. Nice hotel, but starting to show its age. There were places in my room and in the gym where there was water damage on the ceiling from outside. All together I would stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel by the river in Hangzhou. Super crazy design which adds to the experience for me.
Service is very good and my room faced the river, offering a good view.
Will go back next time i am in Hangzhou

Maybe it was because it was the afternoon, so maybe the sandwich had passed a few hours, you will read the comments after I had high expectations, but I was not impressed. The sandwich is not bad, we said yes, but nothing more. friendly. Coca-Cola, sandwiches and coffee = 10 euros. a lot of.

This is one of the very impressing hotel to me in Hangzhou, China.
Round shape building is kinda unique and special.
